    Suggestions on Strengthening Construction of Scientific Research Integrity of Science and Technology Plan Projects in Tianjin

    Scientific research integrity is the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation. As a key part of scientific and technological management,science and technology plan projects are also an important means to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity. Strengthening the scientific research integrity in the science and technology plan projects is an important approach to implement the important directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,optimize the scientific research management,and enhance the scientific research performance. By sorting out the general situation of scientific research integrity management mechanism of science and technology plan projects in China,summarizing the experience and practice of strengthening scientific research integrity management of science and technology plan projects at the national and provincial levels,and combining with the situation of scientific research integrity construction of science and technology plan projects in Tianjin,this paper puts forward suggestions on further strengthening scientific research integrity management of science and technology plan projects.

    Since the promulgation and implementation of the Implementation Opinions of the CPC Xiangyang Municipal Committee and the Xiangyang People’s Government on Strengthening Scientific and Technological Innovation to Lead High-quality Development,Xiangyang City has vigorously carried out the cultivation of high-tech enterprises,and the number of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang has increased significantly. Based on the 2022 torch statistical survey data,this paper conducts data mining and comparative study on the application and identification of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang City from 2020 to 2022. The distribution of identified high-tech enterprises in different districts of Xiangyang City,the distribution of technology field identification,and the scale of high-tech enterprises identified in 2022 are analyzed. The problems existing in the development of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang City are put forward,and countermeasures and suggestions are given.

    Analysis of Factors Affecting Approval of National Natural Science Foundation of China—Case of a Specialized Hospital in Tianjin

    By downloading the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) application form of a specialized hospital in Tianjin in 2021,and extracting the basic information,research history and previous achievements of the applicants from the application form,the influencing factors of NSFC project approval are analyzed by single-factor and multi-factor logistic regression. The application of NSFC of the specialized hospital in 2021 is sorted out,the factors affecting the approval of NSFC are identified,and countermeasures are proposed from the management perspective,so as to provide a decision-making basis for the future application of NSFC projects. The single-factor logistic results suggest that five indicators,namely the title of talent,the number of representative SCI publications,the cumulative impact factor of representative publications,the highest impact factor of representative publications,and the cumulative other achievements in the past five years,are significantly associated with the improvement of the odds of receiving funding for science foundation projects. The variables with no co-linearity are selected among those with statistical significance in the univariate analysis,and the variables are introduced by multi-factor unconditional logistic regression (stepwise method),and the results show that the main factors affecting the funding of NSFC are the title of talent,the cumulative impact factor of representative publications,and other achievements in the last five years. In the fund application work,it should focus on people with PhD degree and certain prior foundation,and do a good job in the application counseling;at the same time,it should strictly grasp the effectiveness of project progress,and focus on the young people after the completion of the study;in addition,it should broaden the scope of performance recognition and strengthen the importance of other achievements.

On the basis of the results of the third national land survey,combined with the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,a comprehensive survey is conducted to determine the current land use status,land ownership status,and land supply status of the undeveloped area. By means of field survey,office processing and other means,the immediately developable land area of the unconstructed area is basically determined,and its land valuation is estimated,which provides a reference theoretical basis for subsequent land development.

    Influenced by fault-nose structure,Oilfield S in western Bohai Sea area has 52 faults in 4 categories. During the drilling,the fault type fracture zone is encountered,and the formation pressure bearing capacity is low,resulting in loss of return leakage. By analyzing the leakage mechanism of the oilfield,the leakage prevention technical scheme is formulated from the aspects of leakage risk assessment,drilling fluid performance control scheme and ECD accurate prediction and control. For the malignant lost circulation wells in the oilfield,the high pressure-bearing plugging technology is used to solve the problem of low plugging success rate of the fault lost circulation wells,which is of great guiding significance to the development of fault leakage prevention and plugging technology in Bohai Oilfield.

    In order to solve the problems such as unclear understanding of inter well interference and unclear deployment timing in the combined well pattern development in the heavy oil area at the edge of Bohai Oilfield P at this stage,the plane relative position of horizontal well and directional well,and the timing of horizontal well deployment are studied by using numerical simulation method. The study shows that the inter well interference of the combined well pattern is the largest when the directional well is deployed at the end of the horizontal well;When the directional well is deployed in the middle of the horizontal well,the recovery degree of the block is the largest;For developed reservoirs of directional wells,the lower the water cut is,the greater the cumulative oil production will be increased by deploying horizontal wells to form a combined well pattern. This research method can be used as a reference for other similar oilfield development stages to optimize the deployment of combined well pattern and improve the oilfield development effect.

With the increase of offshore crude oil production year by year,A certain offshore oilfield,serving as the crude oil export hub of the development area,is experiencing a simultaneous increase in the workload for cleaning its filtration screens. There are problems of low manual cleaning efficiency and poor cleaning effect at the operation site. The automatic cleaning filter screen device can free the operators from the harsh operating environment. At the same time,the device can achieve all-round three-dimensional cleaning of the filter screen with good cleaning effect,It also provides reference and guidance for screen cleaning in other oilfields.

In order to realize the optimization of this construction technology,the key point is to analyze the stress problems of unfavorable working conditions during the integral turnover lifting process,through SACS software to simulate the integral turnover lifting,and calculate whether the structural strength and deformation in turnover lifting process meet the requirements,so as to determine whether it can be applied in practice.

The focus is on selecting representative samples of biochemical sludge. Analysis is carried out from seven aspects:corrosiveness,flammability,reactivity,leaching toxicity,toxicity,acute toxicity and compositional analysis. The biochemical sludge from the refining and chemical enterprise is determined as general industrial solid waste. According to the different hazardous characteristics of oil sludge,scum and biochemical sludge,the respective resource utilization technology routes are determined. It provides technical reference for sludge treatment in refining and chemical enterprises.

    The reciprocating compressor is the key equipment for collection,pressurization and transportation of the offshore platform,and its operation will generate vibration,which will bring hidden dangers to the safety production of theplatform. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the dynamic response of the compressor. Taking the reciprocating compressor newly added in the renovation of a platform as an example,the finite element model of the deck was established by ANASYS software,and the modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient response analysis of the platform were carried out. The results all meet the specification requirements. Machine control and vibration reduction measures are adopted to ensure the safe operation of reciprocating compressors on offshore platforms. The dynamic analysis method of the compressor can also be applied to the vibration analysis of other equipment on the offshore platform,providing reference and reference for similar projects.

    This study takes parts of Dapu River and Dapu vice River in Lianyungang City as the study area,and conducts research and analysis on water pollution through field measured data and UAV hyperspectral remote sensing images. Multi- layer perceptron (MLP) is used to construct the prediction and inversion model of water quality parameters for UAV hyperspectral data processing,and K-Fold cross-validation is used. The coefficient of determination (R2) between the predicted values of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus and the measured values is higher than 0.8,and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) is less than 15%. The R2 of permanganate index is 0.58,because its numerical range is small,but the overall prediction effect is ideal,the MAPE is only about 2%,and the inversion effect is good. Finally,the current situation of pollution sources and the main water environment problems of the target reach are analyzed and discussed through the inversion results.

    Based on the data of the eco-meteorological monitoring station from November 2021 to October 2022,the comprehensive evaluation index method was used to conduct the meteorological evaluation of the ecological quality in the green barrier in Jinnan Bali Bay of Tianjin. The results suggest that the humidity index,vegetation coverage index and soil moisture index in July 2022 were at the highest level in the study period,and the meteorological disaster index was at a lower level,so the meteorological comprehensive evaluation index value was the highest in this period,reaching 0.74;The comprehensive evaluation index value in August took the second place,reaching 0.72;The index value reached the lowest in December 2021,only 0.21. The annual average of the comprehensive evaluation index was 0.47. It is consistent with the actual situation of the green barrier at the initial construction stage. This study has important reference significance for the subsequent objective assessment of the ecological quality of the green barrier.

    Space-Time Analysis of Air Pollution Concentration Prediction Error of WRF-Chem Model in Tianjin

    By analyzing the temporal and spatial characteristics of errors between the daily forecast results of WRF-Chem model and the actual observations in Tianjin from 2019 to 2021,the following conclusions are drawn:(1) The model forecast results have the best correlation with O3 (0.90) and the worst correlation with PM10 (0.59). (2) The overestimation of pollutant concentration in the model prediction results is more significant,and the absolute error of PM10,PM2.5 and O3 prediction is significantly higher than the other three pollutants. (3) The order of relative error magnitude of model prediction is O3<CO<NO2<SO2<PM10<PM2.5,which is the highest in summer,approximate in autumn and winter,and the lowest in spring. The relative error in summer,autumn and winter is the largest in PM2.5,while in spring it is the largest in PM10. (4) From the spatial distribution characteristics of the relative error of the concentration prediction of the two main pollutants,PM2.5 is relatively large in Jizhou,central urban area and Dagang;PM10 is larger in Xiqing,Wuqing,Tanggu and Baodi in the central region. (5) The worst prediction effect of the model is PM10,followed by PM.

    Analysis of Impact of Urbanization on Meteorological Elements in Xiqing

    Based on the hourly observation data of meteorological stations in Xiqing from 2018 to 2022,the impact of urbanization on the meteorological elements in Xiqing was compared and analyzed. The results show that urbanization makes the air temperature in urban areas higher than that in rural areas, with the largest temperature difference in winter. The extreme value of minimum temperature is more obvious between urban and rural areas. The difference of intra-day temperature is more significant at night,but the difference of minimum temperature is only significant at the second half of the night. There is no significant difference between urban and rural areas in precipitation. The wind speed in urban areas is weaker than that in rural areas,and the average wind speed and its difference are the largest in spring,while the difference of extreme wind speed is the largest in summer. The average wind speed and extreme wind speed in urban and rural areas have diurnal variation,and the wind speed difference at noon is the most obvious.

Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence and ability requirements of journal editors in the era of media convergence,and proposes targeted solutions for reference on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of traditional journal editors.

    Under the background of building a “world-class journal”,the existence and value of general sci-tech journal can not be ignored. In view of the lack of high-quality contributions,the decline of influence and the lack of policy support in many journals,the methods of topic selection and contribution solicitation in Journal of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Engineering in recent years are summarized. Through the comparative analysis of the citation and download volume of the hot papers and the same kind of papers of the first-class journals,this paper probes into how the general sci-tech journals take the lead in the topic selection and contribution solicitation,so as to seek a better development path.

    Building a National Aerospace Academic Discourse System with Journal Cluster as Carrier: Significance and Countermeasures

    Independent innovation is inseparable from the construction of independent discipline discourse system. China’s aerospace industry has gone through the development stage of ‘from nothing to imitation’ and ‘from imitation to innovation’. There is an obvious ‘coming from abroad’ phenomenon in the discipline discourse system,which has a negative impact on the international discourse power,participation in international technical standards,and the construction of independent innovation system. The academic field also shows the scarcity of top journals,lack of discourse soft science research,and lack of academic evaluation system. With the completion of the construction of the ‘Tiangong’ space station,the delivery of C919 and the launch of ARJ21,China is about to enter a new development stage of ‘from creation to being strong’,and the proportion of self-generated terms is increasing year by year. In this context,it is urgent to build a high-quality academic journal group,give play to the role of the academic community of scientific and technological journals,introduce knowledge atlas,scientific and technological information analysis and other technologies,lead the technology research and development in the aerospace field,improve the overseas market share of technology and products,promote more self-generated terms,gradually establish an independent academic discourse system and evaluation system,and enhance the talent attraction and international discourse power.
