Abstract: Since the promulgation and implementation of the Implementation Opinions of the CPC Xiangyang Municipal Committee and the Xiangyang People’s Government on Strengthening Scientific and Technological Innovation to Lead High-quality Development,Xiangyang City has vigorously carried out the cultivation of high-tech enterprises,and the number of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang has increased significantly. Based on the 2022 torch statistical survey data,this paper conducts data mining and comparative study on the application and identification of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang City from 2020 to 2022. The distribution of identified high-tech enterprises in different districts of Xiangyang City,the distribution of technology field identification,and the scale of high-tech enterprises identified in 2022 are analyzed. The problems existing in the development of high-tech enterprises in Xiangyang City are put forward,and countermeasures and suggestions are given.
