Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving people's health. Since the implementation of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Tianjin has achieved high-quality development,but there are still some problems. This study conducted questionnaire surveys on survey subjects in the health and non health industries,and analyzed and studied the understanding and learning status,implementation status,existing problems,and solutions of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Countermeasures and suggestions are provided from aspects such as the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine talent team,traditional Chinese medicine culture and legal publicity,and supervision and law enforcement of traditional Chinese medicine services,aiming to provide the policy reference for the smooth promotion of the Tianjin Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine,and help the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin.

Research on Extreme Small Angle Cold Bending Performance of Aluminum Alloy Plate

The small angle cold bending performance of aluminum alloys in different bending directions was tested according to Plate Bending Test for Metallic Semi-finished Materials (VDA238-100-2017),and the bending failure location was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the different bending test directions for aluminum alloy plate have a significant impact on the bending angle results,and different sample thicknesses also have an impact on the maximum bending angle. The bending angle of aluminum alloy rolled vertically can be lager than that of thermoformed steel. The cold bending morphology of aluminum alloy exhibits a fiber strip tearing pattern,and the failure mode is tensile cracking.

Due to the characteristics of offshore oil and gas development,the design parameters and technical requirements in previous projects are different,resulting in many non-standard parts and product series. During the project construction process,it is often possible to increase the design cycle or construction and inspection costs due to the modification of one or more links such as design,procurement,construction and installation. Taking the handrail as an example,this paper explores the research route and standardized construction of standardized design of general components. The implementation of standardized design of general components will reduce the workload of technical clarification in the design stage,reduce design work hours,and help to form standardized processes and procedure documents such as procurement,construction,installation,inspection and maintenance.

Aiming at the harmonic suppression of grid-connected converters under the background of new power system,the characteristics and problems of the design of grid-connected converters filter and harmonic suppression methods based on optimal PWM modulation are described. A multi-objective optimization method based on selective harmonic mitigation (SHMPWM) is proposed,and the whole solution set of selective harmonic elimination (SHEPWM) and the multi-objective optimization solution of SHMPWM are obtained. The harmonic distribution and suppression effect of SHEPWM and SHMPWM are compared,which provides a new solution and countermeasure for harmonic suppression and optimization of grid-connected converters.

Study on Application of Electrolytic Modified Water in Preparation of Ultrafine Gypsum Powder

In order to prepare ultrafine gypsum powder,the ultrafine grinding test of gypsum slurry was carried out with electrolytic modified water,the particle size and specific surface area of raw gypsum ultrafine grinding products were characterized by a laser particle scale analyzer. The results show that the electrolytic modified water is effective in improving the ultrafine grinding of raw gypsum. Under the slurry concentration of 16%,ultrafine grinding time of 25 min,electrolysis current of 0.16 A,electrolysis time of 20 min,anode plate of aluminum plate,and plate spacing of 2 cm,ultrafine grinding gypsum powder with d50 of 1.37 μm can be obtained. Compared with the unmodified water,the d90 of the superfine grinding product can decrease from 54.60 μm to 2.21 μm,and the specific surface area can increase from 203 cm2/g to 2 265 cm2/g.

Slip line is a common defect in silicon epitaxial wafer production,which is mainly due to the uneven temperature distribution of silicon epitaxial wafers during the heating process,resulting in a process defect on the surface of silicon epitaxial wafers. This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the slip line for the ASM2000 epitaxial furnace,and studies the influence of substrate,base,temperature rise and fall rate,temperature field uniformity,etc. on slip line. The solutions of key influencing factors are proposed to avoid the generation of slip lines,improve the production quality of silicon epitaxial wafers and enhance the performance of silicon epitaxial wafers.

Protective armor is often impacted by high-speed projectiles,and its material selection and structural form determine its protective performance. It is of great significance to study the failure mechanism and anti-penetration performance of protective armor under high-speed impact. The nonlinear dynamic explicit finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to conduct high-speed projectile impact simulation tests on different structural forms of UHMWPE sandwich laminates,and analyze the anti-penetration performance of the target. The results show that when the total thickness of the laminates remains unchanged,the fiber proportion of UHMWPE decreases by 12.5%,the residual velocity of the projectile body increases by 12.3%,the energy absorption of the laminates decreases by 43 J,the core material proportion of the three-dimensional fabric decreases by 12.5%,the residual velocity of the projectile body increases by 4.3%,and the energy absorption of the laminates decreases by 14 J. Appropriately increasing the thickness ratio of fiber composite core material can improve the penetration resistance of laminates.

Development and Application of Modified Brine Workover Fluid with Waterproof Locking and Scale Inhibition

In view of the phenomenon that high density brine is used as well killing fluid to filter into the reservoir in workover operation,resulting in a sharp decline in oil production after wetting reversal,the damage rate of brine to reservoir was determined through the test of the damage rate of brine to core permeability. The waterproof locking agent was selected,which was aged at 120 ℃ for 48 hours in brine with a mineralization degree of 300 000 mg/L,and the interfacial tension reached the level of 10-1. Additionally,two types of additives were selected through an orthogonal experimental method,forming a modified brine workover fluid with waterproof locking and scale inhibition. The indoor rock core damage experiments show that the recovery rate of reservoir permeability can reach over 80%. After five on-site applications,the success rate of the operation is 100%,and the post-operation production recovery rate reaches 132.5%.

During the production process of offshore oil platforms,a large amount of chemical agents need to be injected,which are mainly used to improve the oil-water separation effect,the production sewage treatment effect,slow down the scaling and corrosion of pipelines,prevent the solidification of wellbore crude oil,prevent the false liquid level in containers from causing safety production accidents,and reduce the resistance of offshore pipelines. When the chemical agent inventory is insufficient,the mobile chemical agent tank with chemical agent will be transported to the offshore oil platform by shuttle ships,and the on-site operators will transfer the chemical agent in the mobile chemical agent tank to the fixed chemical agent tank by gravity flow method or air pump liquid transfer method,which has the disadvantages of slow liquid transfer speed,heavy workload,high noise and easy failure of the air pump. In order to improve this situation,a liquid transfer device for chemical agent tank driven by compressed gas was developed. The device has the advantages of low labor intensity,high operation efficiency,flexible movement,simple structure,wide application range,strong adaptability,etc. It has a good promotion and reference significance for offshore oil platforms with insufficient deck space.

Development and Application of Real-time Collision Avoidance Warning System for Offshore Oilfield Facilities and Submarine Pipelines

In view of the problems of how to realize automatic early warning and collision avoidance,safe and effective monitoring and auxiliary management of offshore production facilities and submarine pipelines in offshore oilfields,based on the actual needs of offshore production management,combined with the characteristics of offshore oil communication network link and transmission,the automatic ship identification system and ship database are adopted,and the unified electronic chart plotting and warning method is adopted to realize pipeline collision avoidance and automatic real-time warning. Based on this purpose,the real-time collision avoidance warning system platform of submarine pipelines in offshore oilfields is developed,and the overall framework,hardware and software structure and development trend are discussed. As an important means to ensure the safety of submarine pipelines and operation facilities,the system has been applied to offshore operation platforms and ship transportation,reducing the risk of submarine pipelines and other facilities being collided by ships,improving the level of safety production management and achieving good results.

Optimization Design and Application of Ultra-short Radius Horizontal Well Drilling Trajectory

The drilling technology of an ultra-short radius horizontal well is an effective measure to achieve the treatment and transformation of low production and low efficiency wells. According to reservoir applicability and engineering implementability,based on the characteristics of flexible drilling tools,the wellbore trajectory of ultra-short radius horizontal wells was designed and optimized,a set of well and layer selection methods was developed to realize the combination of reservoir and engineering and achieve the landing angle with a low dogleg,thus reducing the drag and torque and improving the horizontal drilling length. By optimizing the design of flexible drilling tools,it is determined that the single section length of flexible drilling tools is 0.15 m,the maximum bending angle is 4.5°,and the gap between the flexible drilling tools and the hole is 19 mm (the bit diameter is 152 mm),so as to ensure the stable attitude of the flexible drilling tools in the hole and reduce the friction with the hole. The on-site application results show that this technology can achieve a wellbore curvature radius of 3.6 m,a borehole diameter of 152 mm,and a horizontal section length of 60 m. Post-operation tests show that the production increases from 16.7 m3/d to 95.1 m3/d,which is 5.7 times higher than the pre-operation,realizing economic and efficient development.

Through the construction and application of specific pilot projects in China,the experience is accumulated,which is conducive to further improving the intelligent production and operation service level of digital gas fields.

Research and Discussion on Integration Development Model of Sports and Medicine Based on Typical Cases

The new model and development mechanism of integration of sports and medicine for people's health in China are discussed in terms of process laws,implementation characteristics,problem dilemmas and typical cases. Literature research,case analysis,and expert interviews are used to study the implementation status of integration of sports and medicine in China. Typical cases of integration of sports and medicine are searched and analyzed,the experience is summarized,and the development path is discussed. The implementation process of integration of sports and medicine in China shows a benign development pattern with political,systematic,extensive and professional characteristics,and has achieved better implementation results,but there are still problems such as lack of exercise prescription,financial support and resource sharing. The in-depth development of the new health model that integrates sports and medicine can be promoted by establishing a policy support mechanism,improving the top-level design mechanism,establishing a talent training mechanism and establishing a social participation mechanism.

This paper introduces four ways to shape information literacy: information literacy education curriculum in colleges and universities,information literacy special training,information literacy education platform and information literacy education new media; and analyzes the problems of information literacy education for medical staff in the context of big data,including the lag of information literacy education,the lack of continuous education and lifelong education,and the disconnection between educational approaches and clinical work. On this basis,the efforts of medical professional libraries in innovative information literacy education are proposed. Based on the long-term editing practice and examples from the journal China Special Equipment Safety,the paper discusses three kinds of problems existing in the title writing of scientific and technological papers,namely unconcise expression,non-standard expression,and inaccurate expression. Therefore,some suggestions are put forward for the formulation of the title of the paper,such as concise language,standard expression and clear outline,hoping to provide some references for the scientific and technical personnel to formulate the appropriate titles and improve the quality of paper.

In order to improve the quality of preliminary review of manuscripts and ensure the academic quality of journals,based on the analysis of the main author group and the characteristics of manuscripts of Earthquake Research in Sichuan,the paper optimizes the process of preliminary review from four aspects:the scale of review,the time limit of review,the opinions of review and the preliminary review of professional experts. The practice shows that the optimized preliminary review improves the rejection rate,saves external review resources,reduces the workload of review experts,improves the quality of preliminary review of manuscripts,and attracts authors to contribute. Two issues worth paying attention to in the preliminary review process of manuscripts are analyzed in order to provide reference and exchange cases for fellow editors.
