Abstract: In the field of offshore oil and gas production,offshore oil and gas platforms exhibit significant differences from the shipbuilding industry. Problems such as the lack of core supporting technologies,insufficient production capacity,a large number of equipment and complex processes in the production process,harsh working conditions,prominent inherent risks,and the difficulty of traditional operation and maintenance in coping with these challenges are prevalent. To effectively enhance production safety assurance capabilities and efficiency,an intelligent safety operation and maintenance system constructed by technologies such as cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things (IoT),and artificial intelligence (AI) covers the entire process of drilling and extraction,storage and transportation,and oil refining and chemical engineering. By integrating edge sensing,data is acquired and its value is explored. By building an operation and maintenance management platform that adapts to the characteristics of the platform,establishing an intelligent workshop manufacturing standard system and a “1-2-3-4-5-6” technology system,the transformation of the operation and maintenance system towards digitalization and intelligence is promoted,thereby providing support for the high-quality development of the offshore oil and gas chemical industry.
