    Analysis of operational issues in resin production line of Beacon coatings and research on optimization of MES control system

    To addresses three core issues existing in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) of the resin production line of Tianjin Beacon Coatings Industry Development Co.,Ltd.,namely the lack of 3D visualization,low data collection and integration levels,and insufficient decision support,this paper proposes an optimization scheme based on the in-depth integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and MES. By constructing a high-precision BIM model,the digital mapping of process equipment and pipelines is realized;collision detection is used to optimize pipeline layout;and standardized data interface protocols are established to break down information barriers. The research shows that this scheme can significantly improve the efficiency of production anomaly response and the level of quality control,providing a reusable technical path for the intelligent upgrading of process industries.

    The horizontal well steam huff and puff technology is currently the most commonly used technique for heavy oil thermal recovery. With the increase of reservoir depth,deterioration of reservoir properties,and increase of crude oil viscosity,the injection effect of horizontal well steam huff and puff becomes worse,resulting in a reduction in the economic benefits of oil field development. During the oil recovery process of horizontal well steam huff and puff,the use of electric heating assistance to improve steam dryness,optimize injection profiles,and enhance injection capacity has become a common practice. By adopting reservoir numerical simulation methods,this study investigates the influence of reservoir parameters,such as crude oil viscosity,reservoir permeability and gradient,and distance from the oil-water interface on the heavy oil thermal recovery effect of electric heating-assisted steam huff and puff in horizontal wells,providing a reference for selection in electric heating-assisted steam huff and puff thermal recovery of horizontal wells in the Bohai Oilfield.

    Patent analysis and development recommendations for implantable infusion device industry

This study employs the incoPat database for patent literature retrieval and data analysis to systematically examine and organize global and Chinese patent applications related to implantable infusion devices. Emphasis is placed on five key dimensions:annual distribution of applications,geographical distribution of applications,distribution of technical branches,major applicants,and technology evolution routes. The findings aim to provide a reference for future applications of implantable infusion device technologies.

    Analysis and insights into patent layouts of major global suppliers for large aircraft landing gear

    The landing gear system plays a crucial role in the takeoff and landing performance,safety,and reliability of aircraft. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce technological competition in the global large aircraft landing gear market,this study sorts out the landing gear suppliers for major civil large aircraft models worldwide,retrieves relevant patent data using the HimmPat Global Patent Database,and analyzes the patent status of suppliers such as Safran Landing Systems Corporation,Goodrich Corporation,Liebherr Group,AVIC Aircraft Landing Gear Co.,Ltd.,and Xi’an Aviation Brake Technology Co.,Ltd. from dimensions including time,type,geographical distribution,and technical distribution. The study findings indicate that foreign suppliers have an early start and solid technical accumulation,and their patent layouts are phased,localized (with a focus on developed countries),and concentrated on core technical fields. Although domestic suppliers have seen growth in patent applications in recent years,they are still in the initial stage overall. Based on the analysis results,development countermeasures are proposed for Chinese suppliers,such as strengthening core technology R&D,improving patent quality,expanding overseas markets,paying attention to industry trends,formulating long-term plans,and learning from international experience.

    Specific heat capacity is a crucial parameter in the research and development of new polymer materials,and different types of polymers have different specific heat capacities. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was used to study the factors influencing the test results of the specific heat capacity of polylactic acid (PLA). Factors such as sample weight,instrument heating rate,and thermal history were investigated for their effects on specific heat capacity to obtain the conditions for accurate testing of PLA’s specific heat capacity. To achieve accurate and reliable results,several suggestions are put forward to improve the accuracy of specific heat capacity testing.

Analyzing the development trends of this technology from a patent perspective can help enterprises make rational patent deployments and avoid intellectual property risks. By conducting patent analysis and discussion on the application of visual inspection technology in digital printing equipment,this paper explores the patent application trends and geographical distribution of applications in this field,and elaborates on the main technical branches and key patents of color management technology. Combined with specific patent technologies,the technological advancements in aspects such as color gamut expansion,ink droplet control,and color calibration are analyzed,and suggestions for future development are put forward.

    Research on motion path planning of 3D printing robots based on improved random tree algorithm

    To address the problems of lengthy planned paths and low printing efficiency in 3D printing,a 3D robot motion path planning method based on an improved random tree algorithm is proposed. Based on kinematics theory,a mathematical model of the robot was established,and an improved random tree algorithm and a target bias strategy were introduced to plan the printing path. Meanwhile,to avoid task conflicts between robots,a genetic algorithm was integrated to intelligently allocate printing tasks,thereby enhancing the path planning effect. The results show that after applying the proposed method,the planned path length and the number of sampling points of the 3D printing robot are 15.64 meters and 331,respectively. In single-task planning,the planning time of the proposed method is only 1.85 seconds,with a calculation success rate of 99.47%. This method not only improves path planning efficiency but also achieves the shortest path length and effective obstacle avoidance. It helps industrial manufacturing enterprises achieve faster and higher-quality part manufacturing,providing technical support for promoting the development of the industrial manufacturing field.

    Accuracy analysis of real-time single-point positioning based on PPP-B2b

    The PPP-B2b signal is a high-precision satellite positioning service signal released to the public by China’s Beidou-3 Navigation Satellite System (BDS-3). Based on the received real-time correction information of BDS-3 PPP-B2b,static precise point positioning (PPP) tests were carried out using BDS and GPS satellite observation data from three International GNSS Service (IGS) stations. The extended Kalman filter algorithm was adopted for real-time solution,and the positioning results were compared with the WUM post-processing products. The results demonstrate that the PPP-B2b real-time static positioning achieves centimeter to decimeter-level accuracy in the East (E),North (N),and Up (U) directions with excellent stability. Although slightly less accurate than post-processing products,this service demonstrates the reliability of PPP-B2b in providing real-time,high-precision positioning in the Asia-Pacific region without a network connection.

    Detection methods and characteristic analysis of shallow gas in central and southern Bohai Sea

    As a kind of marine geological disaster,shallow seabed gas seriously threatens the stability of the seabed formation,so it is regarded as a key safety factor in the field of marine engineering. By applying acoustic and seismic techniques,several shallow gas-enriched areas have been identified in the central and southern waters of the Bohai Sea. Using conventional geophysical exploration technology and high-resolution digital seismic technology,a comprehensive analysis of the reflection characteristics of shallow gas in the Bozhong and Penglai blocks indicates that faults are the main controlling factor for shallow gas migration. Based on the characteristic,combined with medium-shallow stratigraphic profiles and digital seismic profiles,the formation and migration models of shallow gas in the central and southern Bohai Sea have been initially determined. By discussing the potential threats of shallow gas to drilling operations,offshore platform installation,operation and maintenance,and subsea pipeline facilities,this study provides a reference for shallow gas identification and marine engineering construction.

    Application of lost circulation control technology of one trip BHA combination + self-bonding bentonite cement in fractured limestone formations

    To address the problems in fractured limestone formations in M oilfield,such as hard bridging by traditional lost circulation materials,poor plug formation with cement slurry,frequent pipe sticking caused by long-term lost circulation,and drilling a new hole after lost circulation control with cement slurry,the self-bonding bentonite cement slurry control technology was used for the first time in FQN-X well of M oilfield. An innovative one trip BHA (bottom hole assembly) process was adopted to complete operations such as wellbore cleaning,forced drilling through leaking layer,pumping of self-bonding bentonite cement slurry,and plug removal. The lost circulation control efficiency is increased 400%,ensuring downhole safety,and providing reference for lost circulation control in similar fractured limestone formations.

    Research on scaling and corrosion control in production process pipelines of offshore X oilfield

    With the development of offshore oilfields in the middle and later stages,problems such as scaling and corrosion in production process pipelines have emerged on the processing platform,seriously affecting the safe operation of offshore production platforms. Oriented by the on-site issues and combined with the laboratory data,the root causes of scaling and corrosion in the production process pipelines are analyzed. Research findings indicate that the sudden increase in concentration of iron ions in the treatment solution of the offshore X oilfield is the main cause of scaling and corrosion in the pipelines. Through measures such as chemical agent injection and upgrading of well flowback management,the concentration of iron ions has been controlled,and the corrosion and scaling in the oilfield pipelines have been continuously improved. The operation status of the production process has been significantly improved,ensuring the safe operation of the oilfield,and providing reference for anti-scaling and anti-corrosion in other offshore oilfields.

    Application of SOAR technology in provincial meteorological network security protection and automated operation management

    With the continuous development of meteorological services and operations,the architecture of meteorological networks is becoming more and more complex,and the threats to network security are also more diverse. At present,there are some problems in the provincial meteorological network security protection,such as low linkage of security devices,lack of automation,and difficulty in regularizing the experience of event disposal,etc. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the efficient,fast and reusable network protection methods from the actual needs of business. The network security automated operation and management platform based on security orchestration,automation and response (SOAR) technology can realize the linkage of various security devices,extract information such as alarms and security threats. All these can be automated according to preset scenario scripts and sent to operation and maintenance personnel for interaction in the form of work orders,ultimately forming a complete set of closed-loop management mechanisms. This platform can effectively improve the linkage capability between protection devices of provincial meteorological departments and accelerate the speed of incident response and disposal.

    The thickness of the “orbiting scroll” flange,a core component of scroll compressors,has a critical impact on compressor performance and reliability. To address the issues of large measurement errors and high risk of manual data input errors in the existing measurement system on the production line,an innovative design scheme for the orbiting scroll flange thickness measurement system was constructed based on the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) theory,integrating multiple methods such as the idealization method,conflict resolution theory,and nine-screen method. Verification through repeatability and reproducibility analysis shows that the repeatability and reproducibility (R&R value) of the new system reaches 7. Trial production verification indicates that zero data input errors are achieved within one year,and the production line scrap rate is reduced by 10.5%,effectively solving the technical problems in production.

    As a new wave of technological revolution emerges and medical paradigms undergo significant transformations,research-oriented hospitals have emerged as pivotal forces in shaping China’s healthcare innovation system. Talent attraction and cultivation as the first key to the development of research-oriented hospitals. This paper reviews the current status of scientific and technological innovation talent teams in China’s research-oriented hospitals and analyzes the challenges faced in advancing recruitment and cultivation efforts. On this basis,with reference to the “Four-Chain” theory proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a new model for attracting and cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents is put forward. This model focuses on unblocking the innovation chain,optimizing the talent chain,extending the industrial chain,and strengthening the capital chain,providing a path reference for the construction of a high-level innovative talent team in research-oriented hospitals.

    Choice of secondary disciplines and demand for guidance among clinical medical students

    To explore the intention and influencing factors of the secondary disciplines by clinical medical students,especially to investigate the demand for guidance among medical students during the selection process,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to collect relevant information from 650 medical students. The results show that 190 students have already chosen a secondary discipline in clinical medicine,with the most desired secondary disciplines being surgery and internal medicine. Interest is identified as the most important influencing factor. 90% of medical students were very confident in their choices,and 85.2% of them believed that corresponding guidance was necessary during the selection process. Female students,lower-grade students,and those who have not yet chosen a secondary discipline are the key groups. Among the medical students in need of guidance,70% choose clinicians as their mentors and believe that guidance provided before clinical rotations is more valuable to them. This indicates that medical students have high stability in their choice of secondary disciplines,and their choices are mainly based on personal interest. Medical students hope to receive professional guidance from clinicians during the selection process,which should be integrated throughout their entire undergraduate education.

    This article provides an overview of the definition of performance assessment and the background and implementation status of the performance assessment of national tertiary public hospitals. It also analyzes the implementation of the performance assessment of national tertiary public hospitals,explores the problems found in the assessment system,index setting,and implementation process,including insufficient coordination and cooperation among hospital departments,inadequate hospital informatization construction,high error rate in the first page of medical records,incomplete performance assessment indicators,and an underdeveloped internal performance assessment system in hospitals. Based on these findings,targeted optimization measures are proposed,such as strengthening overall coordination,enhancing policy support,improving medical record quality control,perfecting the assessment index system,and scientifically applying performance assessment results. These measures aim to better promote the implementation of refined management in tertiary public hospitals and advance the development of China’s health and wellness industry.

Such transgressions against academic ethics not only undermine the credibility of scholarly research but also pose a serious threat to the cultivation and sustainability of a robust academic environment. From the perspective of integrity culture and combined with the current actual situation of the construction of academic ethics in university scientific research,this study focuses on analyzing the main characteristics and causes of academic misconduct among faculty members. It proposes a set of strategies for enhancing academic integrity within higher education institutions,encompassing the reinforcement of ethics education,enhancement of research evaluation protocols,establishment of a dual system of incentives and constraints,implementation of enduring oversight mechanisms,and cultivation of a conducive academic milieu. The overarching goal is to proactively prevent and address instances of academic misconduct at their root.

    Analysis of microphysical characteristics of a stratiform cloud precipitation in Tianjin during autumn and winter of 2024

    This study investigated the evolving microphysical characteristics of a stratiform cloud precipitation event over Tianjin on November 25,2024,which was induced by an upper-level trough. Multi-source observational datasets,including weather radar,millimeter-wave cloud radar,microwave radiometer,and wind profiler radar,were utilized to analyze the variation laws of microphysical characteristics affecting this stratiform cloud precipitation. The results indicated that the eastward progression of the upper-level trough led to enhanced positive vorticity advection ahead of the 500 hPa trough,coupled with convergent ascending motion in the low-level airflow at 850 hPa,thereby providing a robust dynamic lifting mechanism to sustain adequate water vapor supply for precipitation. Vertically,the stratiform cloud exhibited a distinct cold-upper and warm-lower structure. Retrievals from the microwave radiometer revealed that increased water vapor content furnished sufficient moisture conditions for precipitation,with variations in liquid water content showing consistency with changes in radar echo reflectivity and radial velocity. In terms of wind field structure,strong cold advection prevailed in the upper levels,while the lower levels facilitated water vapor transport to the surface; significant vertical wind shear in the middle levels contributed to maintaining the ascending motion. These findings can serve as an observational basis for artificial precipitation enhancement operations targeting stratiform clouds in the Tianjin region.

    With digital medicine promoting the development of various disciplines,integrating it into campus science popularization has become a practical demand for current science popularization education in primary and secondary schools. A 3D printing digital medicine knowledge campus outreach activity was carried out. By designing the activity,and analyzing its implementation and effects,the achievements,existing problems and future expansion directions of the activity are discussed. The results show that although this activity received active participation and feedback,there are still problems in the implementation process,which can be improved and enhanced in the future digital medicine science popularization and campus science popularization innovation.

Academic journals of plant protection have responded quickly by planning special columns and using online first publication to quickly publish relevant scientific research achievements. Combined with the work practice in the journal Plant Protection,this paper discusses the work strategies of academic journals in serving the national agricultural strategic needs,so as to provide references for the future development of academic journals of plant protection.
