    Analysis of brain-computer interface technology based on artificial intelligence from perspective of patents

    The combination of artificial intelligence technology and brain-computer interface technology is a popular research and development direction. By analyzing patent data and the current status of industrial development,the development direction of brain-computer interface technology based on artificial intelligence is identified. A comparative study shows that Tianjin takes a leading position in this field. Several suggestions are put forward to provide ideas for Tianjin's industrial layout in this field.

    Selection analysis and benefit comparison of river retaining walls with limited height on soft ground

    Water conservancy projects have highly linearized characteristics. Compared with construction projects,the individual units in water conservancy projects have the features of simple structural forms and large individual scales. The characteristics of water conservancy projects make the adjustment of the cross-sectional dimensions of individual components have a significant impact on the total project cost. This paper conducts a cross-sectional selection study on retaining walls in water conservancy projects. Using the commonly used GEO5 geotechnical analysis software,the force analysis and simulation comparison of retaining walls on soft ground under different heights are carried out. Combined with material consumption,the cost analysis and comparison of retaining walls with different cross-sectional forms are conducted using cost calculation software such as Guanglian GCCP. The results show that under the height condition of meters to 4.2 meters,the cost per linear meter of gravity retaining walls on soft ground increases from 6,300 yuan to 14,800 yuan,while the cost per linear meter of cantilever retaining walls rises from 5,800 yuan to 7,100 yuan. It can be concluded that the cantilever retaining wall is more economical than the gravity retaining wall.

The problems existing in patent applications of enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field are identified,and targeted suggestions from four aspects: industry,enterprises,talents,and technology are put forward to help enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field achieve comprehensive development in the creation,application,protection,and management of intellectual property rights.

    Research on optimization of electrical fire monitoring in railway data center

    With the deepening of the informatization construction of railways,the data center,as a key infrastructure,requires vital electrical safety assurance. This paper addresses the frequent alarm issues of the electrical fire monitoring system in railway data centers. Through classification and clustering statistics of on-site data,the causes of frequent alarms in the electrical fire monitoring system are identified,and the proportion of each factor is analyzed. Optimized strategies are proposed,including specification-based hierarchical setting of equipment thresholds,optimization of monitoring points and improvement of shielded room filtering schemes,quality control in construction and upgrading of the operation and maintenance system,as well as intelligent data analysis and filtering of frequent alarms. The effectiveness of these strategies is validated through engineering practices,providing both theoretical and practical references for electrical safety management in railway data centers.

    Application research on structural health monitoring technology for offshore jack-up platforms

    Offshore jack-up platforms serve as critical facilities in offshore oil and gas development. To address the structural safety challenges faced by these platforms under complex marine environments,particularly during extreme operating conditions,this paper proposes an integrated structural monitoring method based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) strain sensors and MEMS-integrated accelerometers. By deploying high-precision sensors at key locations of the platform,real-time acquisition of localized stress at critical joints and global vibration responses is achieved. By integrating finite element simulation,machine learning,and discrete Fourier transform,the monitoring data are analyzed to achieve comprehensive monitoring and early warning of the health and safety of key positions and the overall structure of the offshore jack-up platform.

    Experimental study on optimization of plastic-modified asphalt preparation process based on grey relational analysis

    Plastic modified asphalt has high environmental friendliness and application value. However,at present,this modified material is prone to segregation problems during the preparation process,and the comprehensive performance of the material is not high. By setting multiple preparation process conditions,the storage stability and aging property of the prepared materials are evaluated. Based on grey relational analysis,the correlation degrees of modification time,modification temperature,stirring speed,and modifier dosage with respect to the influences on penetration,ductility,and softening point are calculated. The comprehensive scores of the modified materials are obtained,and thereby the optimal preparation process conditions are screened out. The experimental results show that the prepared material achieves the optimal comprehensive performance with a comprehensive score exceeding 85 points when the ratio of modifier to asphalt is 1:25,the modification temperature is 150 °C,the modification time is 60 minutes,and the stirring speed is 3,000 r/min.

    Amid the global acceleration of energy transition,the security of Chinese energy supply increasingly relies on deep-sea oil and gas resources. Traditional warehousing methods suffer from inefficiency,high costs,and safety risks,failing to meet the demands of deep-sea exploration logistics. The smart warehousing center at CNOOC’s Macun Terminal in Hainan adopts a “modular design + intelligent operation and maintenance” approach,integrating stereo racking system,AGV/RGV navigation systems,digital twin platform,3D stacking algorithms,multi-modal sensor networks,and 5G+ underwater acoustic communication. This system operates effectively in high-pressure and corrosive environments,enabling full-process digital control of material storage and resolving challenges such as 13Cr pipe storage.

    Application of coiled tubing hydraulic cutting operation method in well sites

    As a crucial equipment for well stimulation operation,coiled tubing is widely used in well completion and workover. Conventional operations primarily include acidizing for blockage removal,gas lift for flowback,and also incorporate sand washing,fishing,sliding sleeve manipulation,and plug retrieval operations. During a field operation at a specific well,coiled tubing equipment paired with hydraulic cutting tools was utilized to perform hydraulic cutting on the production tubing string,enabling adjustment of the production zone. This article briefly introduces the characteristics and technical applications of coiled tubing operations. By analyzing the limitations of conventional techniques under specific well conditions,the tool selection,operational challenges,technical advantages,and operational procedures of coiled tubing in hydraulic cutting operations are summarized to provide empirical basis for future applications of coiled tubing technology.

    Application of image processing technology in UAV ranging operations

    Offline foreign objects are a common defect in overhead transmission lines,which can affect the normal operation of transmission lines. If these offline foreign objects cannot be detected and removed in a timely manner,they may cause serious power grid accidents and endanger the safe and stable operation of the power grid. To address this,an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) ranging device based on image processing technology was developed and designed. The high-definition camera of the ranging device collects images of the detection area,and the digital signal processor (DSP) is used to preprocess the collected images in real time. The virtual wireframe technology is used to mark the areas within the image range,and the threshold changes within the area are monitored at all times. The distance between the overhead transmission line and the offline foreign object is obtained by calculating the occupancy ratio. Through on-site application,the UAV ranging device can accurately locate and measure offline foreign objects,providing a powerful tool for the investigation of offline foreign objects.

    Technical measures to improve time efficiency of development well commissioning in an offshore gas field

    In a gas field development project,an unmanned wellhead platform with a total of 65 development wells was deployed. The piping design and construction for the wellhead surface process involved a massive workload. Personnel had to commute by boat between living quarters and the construction site,and due to constraints such as limited pilot on board and scarce vessel resources,construction progress could not be reliably ensured. During the piping installation and connection to the gas Christmas trees,the absence of reference positioning benchmarks required delaying piping connections until after the Christmas trees were fully installed. This resulted in a lag between well completion and well commissioning,and the well cannot be put into production in a timely manner after completion. To address the factors and issues affecting the time efficiency of development well commissioning,brainstorming sessions and solution studies have been conducted,and a series of technical measures have been adopted to improve the time efficiency of development well commissioning.

    Optimization and application research on improving energy efficiency of natural gas compressor unit in an offshore oilfield

    During the development process of a certain oilfield in Bohai,the gas production has gradually increased,and the original design operation mode,“one in operation,one on standby”,of natural gas compressor unit,has become severely misaligned with the current gas export demand. The new operation mode where two natural gas compressors are online simultaneously has problems of low operating efficiency and high energy consumption. To break through the bottlenecks of traditional cylinder clearance control technology,the controllable suction valve unloader technology and one-command intelligent,safe,and uninterrupted flexible matrix switching technology are adopted. These technologies effectively solve the above-mentioned problems with the optimal economic cost and provide a reference for optimizing and upgrading operation and maintenance regimens of similar natural gas compressors.

A multi-faceted analysis is conducted from aspects such as application trends,types,legal status,and patent utilization. The current and existing issues of the scientific research capabilities of universities in Tianjin are summarized and concluded,and optimization recommendations are put forward.

    At present,meteorological departments have shortcomings in their ability to quickly release warnings for sudden and local disasters,and have not established an intelligent release strategy covering disaster perception,risk analysis,and automatic distribution. Taking the meteorological risk early warning for geological disasters in the mountainous areas of Jizhou District,Tianjin as an example,this paper discusses the intelligent targeted release strategy. Based on the application of disaster risk survey data,combined with geological disaster early warning experience data and monitoring perception data,the technical elements of targeted information release for geological disaster risk areas are extracted. Finally,a hierarchical targeted release process for meteorological risk early warnings of geological disasters in the mountainous areas of Jizhou District is formed,so as to achieve high-timeliness and refined release,and improve the capacity of progressive and refined disaster prevention and mitigation services.

By combining comprehensive practical activity courses,focusing on the interdisciplinary practice of intangible cultural heritage (hereinafter referred to as ICH) themed education in primary schools,this paper constructs an interdisciplinary learning model with ICH as the theme. By guiding students to integrate the content of the five educations (morality,intelligence,physical education,aesthetics,and labor education),it provides a feasible path for the in-depth integration of ICH education and the teaching of different disciplines,aiming to effectively improve the interdisciplinary teaching level of comprehensive practical courses in primary schools.

    Analysis of factors affecting high-frequency hearing loss among noise-exposed workers in Binhai New Area of Tianjin from 2020 to 2023

    By using the Occupational Disease Information monitoring System of Tianjin,the physical examination data of 2,906 noise-exposed workers in Binhai New Area from 2020 to 2023 were collected. The generalized estimating equations (GEE) were adopted to analyze the influencing factors of high-frequency hearing loss. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of high-frequency hearing loss among groups with different genders,lengths of service,enterprise types,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels,and red blood cell counts (P<0.05). GEE analysis indicated that men,employees of private and small enterprises,those with a length of service of ≥10 years,those with elevated serum ALT,abnormal blood routine,abnormal electrocardiogram and elevated blood pressure had a higher risk of hearing loss (P<0.05). Special attention should be paid to noise-exposed workers who are male,have longer working years in private and small enterprises,and have abnormal health conditions,and their hearing protection measures should be strengthened.

    The combined effect of global warming and the urban rain island effect has exacerbated the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of extreme precipitation events,which poses a major pressure on the resilience of urban drainage systems. Based on the topography,climatic characteristics and current status of drainage facilities in the central urban area of Ankang,this study systematically analyzes the formation mechanism of waterlogging risk,and proposes multi-dimensional optimization strategies covering planning coordination,facility upgrading,management coordination and emergency support. By integrating the concept of sponge city (Low Impact Development,LID),the cross-departmental dynamic risk assessment model and the joint prevention and control mechanism of rainfall in the Hanjiang River Basin,a three-in-one sustainable development framework of “disaster prevention,mitigation and resilience” of cities along the river in mountainous areas was constructed,providing experience for the optimization of flood control systems in similar cities.

    Accelerating the cultivation of new-quality productivity and achieving industrial upgrading and transformation are common challenges faced by traditional industrial cities. Intellectual property,represented by the patent system,is a key factor for enterprises to gain a foothold in the market,achieve long-term stable development,and iterate technological innovation. Effectively addressing the challenges of intellectual property development is of great significance for promoting urban industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the patent application data in Tianjin from 2014 to 2023,and combined with the intellectual property characteristics of enterprises in the city,this paper explores the functional path of intellectual property development in the process of Tianjin’s industrial upgrading through two types of comparisons: a horizontal comparison with cities advanced in new-quality productivity,and a vertical comparison covering aspects such as the ranking of patent applicants,trends in technology applications,and technology composition across different years. This has theoretical and practical significance for traditional industrial cities to formulate scientific and perfect innovative development strategies.

    Forty patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases and a treatment group of 20 cases. The control group was given oral azithromycin granules for two courses of anti-infection treatment. On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was treated with modified Zhuangfang Gongguo Baibu Pigan Decoction combined with acupoint application. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. After two weeks of treatment,the symptom recovery time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05). After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and that of the control group was 80% (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the modified Zhuangfang Gongli Baibu Piogan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia is remarkable,with good safety,which provides a new idea the diagnosis and treatment of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.

By comprehensively exploring the construction and operation status of this management system,summarizing the experience and achievements of its continuous operation,and in combination with the actual business situation,countermeasures and suggestions for subsequent improvement issues are put forward. Practice has proved that the construction and operation of the meteorological observation quality management system have promoted the development of comprehensive meteorological observation business in Tianjin. However,it still needs to be continuously optimized and improved to meet the demands and expectations of society and the public for high-quality meteorological services.

    With the rapid advancement of AI technology,a variety of practical AI tools have emerged domestically,demonstrating significant potential in data processing and deep learning. This study preliminarily explores the applications of AI technology in the editing and proofreading of medical journals,such as abstract translation,intelligent judgment of statistical methods,rapid matching of Chinese library classification numbers,identification of standardized terminology,improvement and modification of sentences and accurate recognition of political and sensitive issues.     Practical research on enhancing influence sci-tech journals: case study of targeted email push practice in Inland Earthquake

    This article introduces three common targeted email push methods for Chinese sci-tech journals,and shares the data and feedback from Inland Earthquake after trialing the targeted email push service. The trial results show that targeted email push has a certain effect on improving the citation and download frequency of journal articles. In terms of dissemination effect,virtual thematic pushes via email are more effective than full-issue pushes. Based on the trial,the considerations and combination suggestions for selecting targeted email push for a single journal,as well as the required editorial skills are summarized and put forward to provide reference for other sci-tech journals with push needs.

Relevant data were collected and analyzed by gathering information from multiple platforms including the official websites of the journals,CSTPCD,Web of Science database,Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD),Scopus database,DOAJ database,PubMed database,WJCI Report,and WeChat official accounts,as well as through telephone or email consultations with the editorial departments of the journals. The results show that among China’s core journals in basic biological sciences,the development levels of English-language and Chinese-language journals are not consistent; English-language journals have a higher level of internationalization than Chinese-language journals. In view of this situation,English-language and Chinese-language journals should formulate strategies in line with their own internationalization development according to their own positioning and objectives,as well as current publishing status,and resource environment. This will help continuously enhance their international presence and contribute to the development of China’s science and technology sector.
