Abstract: By classifying the non-conformities and improvement suggestions from the internal audits of the meteorological observation quality management system from 2020 to 2024,the characteristics and causes of the internal audit issues were summarized. By comprehensively exploring the construction and operation status of this management system,summarizing the experience and achievements of its continuous operation,and in combination with the actual business situation,countermeasures and suggestions for subsequent improvement issues are put forward. Practice has proved that the construction and operation of the meteorological observation quality management system have promoted the development of comprehensive meteorological observation business in Tianjin. However,it still needs to be continuously optimized and improved to meet the demands and expectations of society and the public for high-quality meteorological services.
