Abstract: In the era of all-media,how to cope with new changes and constantly improve their ability to use new technologies such as the Internet and Big-data has become an important path for periodicals to explore high-quality development. Taking the editing and management system of Food Research and Development as an example,this paper expounds the main applications of the periodical editing and management system at this stage. From the aspects of improving the stability,compatibility and security of the editing and management system,the shortcomings of the current periodical editing and management system and the direction of improvement in the future are analyzed to provide ideas for digital and intelligent transformation of the editing and management process of sci-tech periodicals and the cultivation of new-quality productivity in the field of sci-tech periodicals.
