Abstract: By analyzing the patent application trends of enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field and based on the published patent data from the incoPat database,this paper conducts in-depth exploration from the dimensions of patent application quantity and quality,technical fields,key applicants,key inventors,and operation information. The problems existing in patent applications of enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field are identified,and targeted suggestions from four aspects： industry,enterprises,talents,and technology are put forward to help enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field achieve comprehensive development in the creation,application,protection,and management of intellectual property rights.
