Abstract: Independent innovation is inseparable from the construction of independent discipline discourse system. China’s aerospace industry has gone through the development stage of ‘from nothing to imitation’ and ‘from imitation to innovation’. There is an obvious ‘coming from abroad’ phenomenon in the discipline discourse system,which has a negative impact on the international discourse power,participation in international technical standards,and the construction of independent innovation system. The academic field also shows the scarcity of top journals,lack of discourse soft science research,and lack of academic evaluation system. With the completion of the construction of the ‘Tiangong’ space station,the delivery of C919 and the launch of ARJ21,China is about to enter a new development stage of ‘from creation to being strong’,and the proportion of self-generated terms is increasing year by year. In this context,it is urgent to build a high-quality academic journal group,give play to the role of the academic community of scientific and technological journals,introduce knowledge atlas,scientific and technological information analysis and other technologies,lead the technology research and development in the aerospace field,improve the overseas market share of technology and products,promote more self-generated terms,gradually establish an independent academic discourse system and evaluation system,and enhance the talent attraction and international discourse power.
