Application and Effect Evaluation of Automatic Cleaning Device for Crude Oil System Filter Screen in an Offshore Oilfield

Abstract: The state of the filter screen in the offshore oil field crude oil system directly affects the operating efficiency and service life of the pump. Various impurities generated during crude oil exploitation can not be completely avoided. In order to ensure the running state of the pump,it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning frequency of the filter screen. With the increase of offshore crude oil production year by year,A certain offshore oilfield,serving as the crude oil export hub of the development area,is experiencing a simultaneous increase in the workload for cleaning its filtration screens. There are problems of low manual cleaning efficiency and poor cleaning effect at the operation site. The automatic cleaning filter screen device can free the operators from the harsh operating environment. At the same time,the device can achieve all-round three-dimensional cleaning of the filter screen with good cleaning effect,It also provides reference and guidance for screen cleaning in other oilfields.
