Abstract: At the beginning of 2020,affected by COVID-19 infection,the turbine generator set of an oilfield development project could not be delivered normally. In order to shorten the delivery cycle,the idea of conducting assembly tests at the site was proposed. By summarizing and analyzing the technical difficulties in the assembly and testing process of turbine generator sets at the construction site,corresponding measures are proposed,providing a beneficial reference for subsequent projects.
