    Thoughts and Development Suggestions on Technological Innovation in Planning and Natural Resources Industry during 14th Five-Year Plan Period

    Nowadays,technological innovation has become a powerful driving force for development,which provides technical support for the modernization of natural resource governance systems and governance capabilities. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period,using scientific methodology,highlighting the strategic focus of scientific and technological development,deploying the main tasks of scientific and technological innovation,and creating a technological innovation pattern of natural resources centered on the new missions and goals of natural resource supervision are important issues worthy of in-depth thinking. Taking Nanjing as an example,this paper analyzes the situation faced by the technological development of planning and natural resources during the “14th Five-Year Plan”period,proposes a method system for the technological development research on planning and natural resources based on the scientific methodology,and then raises thoughts and suggestions for the technological development of Nanjing planning and natural resources,which provides a reference for related work.

    Self-installed oil production platform serves Bohai oil field,which can realize the exploration,oil production,treatment,oil storage,export and other functions,and can meet the process treatment requirements of 75% of the oil fields in Bohai Sea under different working conditions. According to the Code for Classification of Offshore Mobile Platforms (2020) and the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Offshore Mobile Platforms (2016),the self-installed oil production platform should be specially inspected and repaired every five years to ensure the validity of the platform classification certificate. This paper describes the safety management method of self-installation platform during special inspection and dock repair.

    Analysis of Personnel Structure of a Special Hospital in Tianjin from 2015 to 2021

    Based on the big data management system,this paper analyzes the change trend of personnel structure of a special hospital in Tianjin from 2015 to 2021,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions. Using the methods of descriptive statistics and comparative analysis,the total number of personnel,personnel category,professional distribution,educational background and professional title composition of the human resources database of the hospital are statistically analyzed. From 2015 to 2021,the total number of formal staff in the hospital showed a positive growth trend,while the total number of dispatched staff continued to decrease,with an average annual growth rate of -0.11;The proportion of hospital health technicians continued to rise,reaching 81.53% by the end of 2021;The number of hospital postgraduates grew fastest,with an average annual growth rate of 8.36%;There was no significant change in the number of senior professional titles, and the number of deputy senior professional titles increased from 86 in 2015 to 109 in 2021,with an average annual growth rate of 4.06%. Accordingly,it is recommended to promote the practice of hospital informatization construction and improve the personnel intelligent management system;to strengthen the construction of talent team to promote the sustainable development of the hospital;to increase the number of nurses and optimize the structure of their professional titles;and to attach importance to the training of health management personnel.

    Research on Anti-corrosion Measures and Technologies for Offshore Oil Field Facilities

    The offshore oil field facilities and systems are various and complex,and the corrosion degree and characteristics are also different,but they can be generally divided into two categories: pipelines and containers. The differences in their own structure determine the inevitable differences in the anti-corrosion measures. However,the similarities in the corrosive environment and their own materials also make the basic protective measures of the two very similar. The anti-corrosion measures adopted are mainly divided into internal and external anti-corrosion measures,electrochemical anti-corrosion and chemical anti-corrosion measures. The corrosion environment faced by offshore oil field facilities is undoubtedly complex,but the corrosion problems can be generally divided into electrochemical corrosion,chemical corrosion and microbial corrosion. For each type of corrosion,there are specific anti-corrosion measures. The synergy between various measures enhances the effectiveness of anti-corrosion measures. Based on the corrosion principle,the prevention of corrosion can be carried out from three aspects: the first is the control of materials,the second is the control of environment,and the third is the control of interface.

    Turbine Load Rising and Energy Conservation for Increasing Production

    The total amount of electric power in an oilfield power station is the restriction in increasing the production. The rated power of solarT130 turbine generator set is 15.3 KVA,and the current load can only be about 9.5 MW,which is a big gap from the rated load capacity of the turbine,so the load rising space of the turbine can be further improved. In order to improve the load capacity of the turbine in the oilfield,the following problems must be solved:① The unreasonable set value of the VCB switch integrated current limits the load of the turbine to 11.3 MW;② The current turbine bearing 1# vibration is high,and the vibration value increases rapidly to the alarm value when it is higher than 10 MW;③ Insufficient supply of natural gas fuel,turbine load rising needs to increase the supply of natural gas,and the natural gas in the existing production process cannot be collected as fuel. Through a series of equipment data accounting,as well as measures such as on-site process modification and vibration resolution,the bottleneck of turbine load rising was finally resolved,achieving a stable load of 10.5 MW and a maximum load of 14 MW for the turbine. These measures not only maximize the utilization of power,but also reduce the energy waste of natural gas. In addition,the emergency generator is connected to the main power grid,providing certain support for the overall power optimization,production improvement,and production increase of the oilfield.

    Experimental Study on Stability of Water-in-oil Emulsion Blocking Agent

    For the oil fields which is entering late-stage development,the plugging is an essential measurement to improve the oil recovery significantly. However,the common non-selective blocking agent will not only plug water but also plug the oil and cause damage to the formation which lead to the decrease of permeability. The water-in-oil emulsion blocking agent has good prospects in terms of plugging. The water-in-oil emulsion blocking agent is pumped into the well under high pressure. The emulsion flows into the oil channel and dissolves in the oil,then it can be taken out from the well. On the other hand,the emulsion which flows into the water channel is further emulsified with the formation water to form a W/O emulsion. This new type of emulsion has high viscosity and it plays the role of plugging the large pore to achieve the ultimate goal of plugging water. The influencing factors and laws of the stability of water-in-oil emulsion plugging agents were studied through experiments. The emulsion was prepared by adding active agent to diesel oil,and the colorimetric tube was used to quantitatively evaluate the stability of water-in-oil emulsion.

    An oilfield group in the southern Bohai Sea transmits crude oil to the land terminal through oilfield A. The offshore pipeline of oilfield A transports multi well mixed oil products. The properties of the oil products are extremely complex. The content of crude oil colloid,asphaltene and wax is high,the freezing point is high,and the transmission distance is long,resulting in some difficulties in the production and operation of the pipeline. After many studies and tests,A oilfield has prepared appropriate pour point depressant,which solves the problem of high freezing point in the operation of subsea pipeline,greatly reduces the minimum transmission capacity of subsea pipeline,and effectively prevents the congelation.

With the increasing requirements for marine environmental protection,the compliance treatment of drilling and completion wastes has become an urgent issue for current offshore drilling operations. Based on the SQL Server 2012 database,the Visual Studio 2019 platform,and the MVC development mode,the whole process management information system for drilling and completion waste is designed and developed to provide dynamic waste data import,visual engineering daily report export,and other functions. The system can not only achieve standardization,systematization and networking of solid waste treatment in offshore oil fields,improve the efficiency of drilling solid waste treatment,but also provide real-time information for enterprise decision-making bodies,thereby laying a good foundation for jointly expanding the company's internal and national dedicated information management network.

    Oil spill accident is a serious emergency of offshore platform. The potential oil spill hidden danger should be eliminated in the process of platform production. An offshore platform in the Bohai Sea has two open drain sumps,collecting rain and snow water and toxic liquids containing oil and chemical agents. There is no liquid level monitoring device installed in the open drain sumps of the platform ODP design. After they are put into operation,the central control personnel cannot effectively monitor the liquid level. They can only observe the liquid level through regular inspection and start the pneumatic diaphragm pump to transfer the medium from the open drain sumps to the open drain tanks. If the liquid levels in the open drain sumps rise rapidly due to unexpected circumstances such as heavy rain,the liquid level of the equipment cannot be controlled in time,and there is a risk of oil spill into the sea. In view of this situation,the production personnel of the platform independently installed the level switches of the open drain sumps,installed the raising weir plates to prevent oil spill,carried out the double process transformation of the medium from the open drain sumps to the open drain tank and the dirty oil tank,and completed the work of changing the pump of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. The optimized process realized the timely monitoring of the liquid levels in the open drain sumps,eliminated the potential oil spill,and achieved good environmental and economic benefits.

    Calculation of Real Driving Emission Factors of Light-duty Vehicles Based on Distribution of Driving Conditions

    Based on the real driving emission test results of 27 light gasoline vehicles meeting different emission stages,the real driving emission factors of light vehicles are calculated by dividing the cold start process and hot running process,combined with the VSP Bin interval distribution in CLTC cycle. The results show that with the tightening of emission standards,the CO and NOx emissions of light vehicles show an obvious downward trend,and the PN emission decreases rapidly in the China VI stage. During hot running,the emissions of CO,NOx and PN are higher in Bin 25 and Bin 37 with higher VSP. The hot running weighted emission factors of CO,NOx and PN of China VI light vehicles are 0.133g/km,0.019g/km and 2.67×1011/km respectively. According to the calculation of vehicle usage scenarios in Beijing,the daily emissions of CO,NOx and PN of China VI light vehicles can reach 12.47g,1.47g and 2.60×1013/km respectively. Through the WLTC test of different ambient temperatures,the influence factors of ambient temperature on pollutant emission are obtained,and the emission factors under different ambient temperatures are calculated.

Virtual reality (VR) is a computer-aid simulation technology. It creates a virtual electrical laboratory in response to the experimental conditions which are difficult to achieve in traditional electrical laboratories,while ensuring low experimentation cost and maintenance cost. Besides,it helps find students' weaker ability and design targeted experiments. In the virtual laboratory,students are allowed to simulate electrical accidents and directly observe the consequence with their safety protected. VR technology enables students to master electrical safety knowledge and improve relevant professional skills,and also contributes to improving the experimental teaching level.

    The leakage of boilers and related steam pipelines on offshore oil thermal recovery platform cannot be timely detected and accurately located. The temperature measurement technology of infrared thermal imaging and distributed optical fiber is used to realize the real-time monitoring of steam leakage of thermal recovery equipment on the thermal recovery platform. Through monitoring the abnormal temperature distribution or change of steam equipment and pipeline,whether the high-temperature steam in the production process leaks can be judged. The prototype of relevant achievements has been installed and applied to a project in Bohai Sea,ensuring the stable and safe operation of the offshore oil thermal recovery platform,and accumulating relevant experience for subsequent project applications.

With the introduction of intelligent track inspection robots,the labor cost is saved,the labor risk is reduced,and the work quality and efficiency are improved. In the era of the development of artificial intelligence,offshore oil fields have begun to use intelligent inspection robots tentatively. The intelligent inspection robot is used on the newly-built offshore oil production platform. According to the actual application and operation of the intelligent inspection robot in the main switch room of the offshore unmanned wellhead platform,targeted improvement suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the application and development of intelligent inspection technology for power supply and distribution systems in offshore oil and gas fields.

According to the actual production situation of an offshore oilfield,this paper analyzes the water quality of the oilfield and puts forward corresponding optimization measures.

    Research on Fault Diagnosis Method of Asynchronous Motor Bearing Based on Transfer Learning

    The development history of fault diagnosis research methods for asynchronous motor bearings is described,and the causes and early symptoms of bearing faults are analyzed. The formula of vibration characteristic frequency of asynchronous motor bearings when faults occur at different positions is deduced,and a fault diagnosis method based on neural network and transfer learning is proposed. The bearing data set of Case Western Reserve University was converted into single-channel gray image,and then the pre-processed image data set was used to train and fine-tune the VGG16 model through transfer learning. Finally,the adjusted VGG16 model was verified on the test data set,and the accuracy rate was close to 100% in the fault classification test. Data-driven fault diagnosis has become an important trend. The on-line vibration monitoring system and hierarchical distribution system of offshore oilfield have laid a good data foundation for the fault diagnosis of asynchronous motor. Deep neural network and transfer learning have a good application prospect.

    As an important device in the installation,drilling and completion stages of underwater dry oil production equipment,the steel cylinder plays the role of isolating the external seawater,creating a dry installation and drilling and completion environment,and facilitating underwater construction operations. Based on the risk characteristics of cylinder positioning operations,the structural entropy weight method is used to analyze the dangerous and harmful factors of the cylinder positioning operations,and the weight of each factor index is calculated to obtain a total ranking of the weights. The pre-hazard analysis method is used to analyze the five dangerous and harmful factors with high weight values,namely atmospheric pressure,stress release,vertical attitude center height,hoisting wire rope state,and steel cylinder vertical fixed center-of-gravity position. The prevention and mitigation measures to reduce the safety risk of underwater dry operations are put forward to ensure the safe production of enterprises,reduce casualties and property losses.

    Taking the maintenance of the IGG cooling seawater pump in the rear cabin of the FPSO and the hoisting of the large seawater lifting pump in the front cabin as examples,this paper describes the two problems solved in the maintenance of the seawater pump of the offshore oil platform:① Solve the problem of frequent failures of the IGG cooling water pump:The causes of pump cavitation and bearing high temperature are analyzed one by one in terms of pump disassembly status,component data measurement,on-site maintenance,technological process,etc.,which can be used for reference and promotion for the troubleshooting of similar pumps. ② Solve the hoisting problem of large pumps in the restricted space of the bilge:The special tools for the lifting beam of the seawater lift pump are designed and processed to realize the overall hoisting of the pump drive motor,the vertical force of the four chains solves the safety hazard of excessive sling angle,and the attached quick hook eliminates the cumbersome binding of the sling in the past,which is safe and efficient and reduces maintenance man-hours. At present,the lifting beam of the seawater lifting pump has been put into use,which provides safety and convenience for on-site maintenance operations.

This paper proposes an intelligent voice emotion quality inspection analysis technology to realize the intelligent service operation for home broadband outbound call voice. By mining the value of complaint voice files and conducting quality inspection based on the recognized customer emotion and semantic information,it is possible to know the potential dissatisfaction tendency of customers in advance and take targeted measures to continuously improve users’ service experience.

    Managed pressure drilling technology is an effective technical guarantee to solve the well control problem of narrow density window formation drilling,and has been successfully applied in land,shallow sea and deep water all over the world. Deepwater is an important replacement area for oil and gas exploration and development in China. The South China Sea is rich in oil and gas resources,but it faces difficulties such as high temperature and high pressure,narrow density operating window and so on. It is difficult to control wellbore pressure,which brings great troubles to safe and efficient operation. Under the background that the deepwater MPD equipment and technology are almost monopolized by foreign countries,the volume of deepwater drilling operations is increasing and the drilling risk level is rising,it is an inevitable choice to have China’s independent deepwater MPD technology and equipment. Due to the great difference between surface and underwater wellhead managed pressure drilling technology and equipment system,the existing surface wellhead managed pressure drilling technology cannot be directly transplanted to deep water. Therefore,based on the current situation of deepwater drilling operations in China,this paper proposes an independent supporting construction scheme for key equipment of subsea wellhead managed pressure drilling. The managed pressure drilling system of annulus back pressure is taken as the main line of independent construction,and the process adaptability of the managed pressure drilling system of surface wellhead is transplanted. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis,the ATR configuration scheme of the underwater wellhead managed pressure drilling system is recommended.

    Study on Trapping Effect of Different Treatment Methods on American White Moth

    The American white moth is an alien invasive species originating from North America. It has three characteristics of“phototaxis”,“taste”and“appetite”. It is sensitive to odors,especially to fishy, fragrant, and stinky odors. Generally,the trees around the toilets,livestock houses and stinky water pits with poor sanitary conditions are prone to epidemic. This paper analyzes the synergistic effects of different plant volatiles on the sex pheromone of the American white moth,the trapping effect of LED lights at different wavelengths on the American white moth and the diurnal activity characteristics of the American white moth. The results show that:(1) The mixture of 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one and β-ocimene at a ratio of 7:3 can significantly increase the trapping effect of the sex pheromone of the American white moth, with a relative trapping rate of 28.33%;(2) The relative trapping rate of LED lamp in 355-360 nm band is 60.33%,which is the best among all experimental bands;(3) The American white moth is nocturnal from 02:00 to 04:00, and the relative trapping rate is 28.02%.

    Analysis of Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Approaches for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

    Municipal sewage treatment is an industry with high energy consumption. Taking the Chengnan Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase II) in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,the pretreatment,Carrousel oxidation ditch,sludge disposal and management of the sewage treatment plant are analyzed. The average power consumption is 0.199 kW•h/m3,of which the pretreatment,Carrousel oxidation ditch,denitrification system,and ultrafiltration system account for 16.53%,44.28%,18.26%,and 10.93% of the total power consumption,respectively. Combined with the comparative analysis of energy consumption of advanced sewage treatment plants at home and abroad,it is found that municipal sewage treatment plants have great potential for energy saving and consumption reduction. The main approaches include refined comprehensive planning and design,development of new energy-saving and consumption reduction sewage treatment technologies and equipment,and research on precise control technology in water treatment processes,establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system and method for energy saving and consumption reduction efficiency and so on. The approaches can meet the needs of sustainable development and greatly promote the development of the sewage treatment industry.

    Analysis of Frontiers and Hotspots in Field of Artificial Intelligence from Perspective of High-frequency Cited Terms

    In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has been applied to various fields of society at a rapid speed. The high-frequency term analysis of artificial intelligence research has laid a solid foundation for the development of science and technology and the construction of science and technology society. Taking the top 1 000 SCI documents from high to low citation frequency included in the Web of Science database in the past five years as samples,and using CiteSpace visual bibliometric software to analyze the frontiers and hotspots of artificial intelligence,it is found that AI research is mainly focused on machine learning,deep learning,neural networks,novel coronavirus pneumonia and so on. In the field of AI,the global cooperation and technological innovation should be strengthened,and the cultivation of professional talents in universities should be intensified.

    Leading Journals of Excellence Action Plan for Chinese Sci-tech Journals: Citation Indices and Developing Suggestions

    This paper analyzes the present situation and developing trend of Leading Journals of Excellence Action Plan for Chinese Sci-tech Journals(hereinafter referred to as Excellence Action Plan). The index data of leading journals and international top journals (Nature,Science, and Cell) are summarized by using Web of Science database and official website of journals. The development of leading journals in the past three years is analyzed,and corresponding development strategies are proposed based on this. The results showed that the main citation indexes of 22 leading journals were significantly improved. In 2020,20 journals were located in the Quartile 1 and 2 journals were located in Quartile 2 by impact factor. 16 journals ranked in the top 10%,10 journals ranked in the top 5%. The impact factors of 9 journals were more than 10 points. The total citation frequency of leading journals has increased significantly from 99,767 times in 2019 to 153,610 times in 2020,an increase of 54%. The citation index and cited half life of journals have been improved to varying degrees. All the indicators showed that the leading journals are rising rapidly and have occupied a leading position in many disciplines,but there is still a big gap with the three top journals of natural science,such as Nature,Science and Cell. Based on this,some suggestions are proposed to promote the construction of Chinese sci-tech journals into world-class sci-tech journals:adhering to the strategy of high-quality content;tracking the hot spots and major events,and leading the development of scientific research;adhering to the cluster development strategy,striving to enhance the international communication power of Chinese sci-tech journals,and promoting the establishment and promotion of Chinese sci-tech journal brand. With the support of the Excellence Action Plan,the leading journals will continuously adjust their publishing ideas,explore ways and methods to build world-class sci-tech journals,and gradually narrow the gap with the world’s top journals.
