Abstract: Self-installed oil production platform serves Bohai oil field,which can realize the exploration,oil production,treatment,oil storage,export and other functions,and can meet the process treatment requirements of 75% of the oil fields in Bohai Sea under different working conditions. According to the Code for Classification of Offshore Mobile Platforms （2020） and the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Offshore Mobile Platforms （2016）,the self-installed oil production platform should be specially inspected and repaired every five years to ensure the validity of the platform classification certificate. This paper describes the safety management method of self-installation platform during special inspection and dock repair.
