Abstract: With the advent of the Internet era,ocean-related research institutions pay more and more attention to the construction of their special databases. The construction of marine characteristic database alliance is related to national policies and the overall sustainable development of the marine industry. Based on the construction status of marine characteristic database,this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of constructing a marine characteristic database alliance. In order to realize the construction idea of the marine characteristic database alliance platform under the background of Internet+,the construction and development path of the marine characteristics database alliance under the background of Internet+ are summarized,and some suggestions on the future development of marine culture database alliance are put forward.
