Abstract: Offshore oil and gas exploration will generate a wide variety of drilling and completion wastes, which will have a destructive impact on marine ecology if directly discharged to the sea. With the increasing requirements for marine environmental protection, the compliance treatment of drilling and completion wastes has become an urgent issue for current offshore drilling operations. Based on the SQL Server 2012 database, the Visual Studio 2019 platform, and the MVC development mode, the whole process management information system for drilling and completion waste is designed and developed to provide dynamic waste data import, visual engineering daily report export, and other functions. The system can not only achieve standardization, systematization and networking of solid waste treatment in offshore oil fields, improve the efficiency of drilling solid waste treatment, but also provide real-time information for enterprise decision-making bodies, thereby laying a good foundation for jointly expanding the company's internal and national dedicated information management network.
