    Research on Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on DEA Model

    In order to evaluate the science and technology innovation efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region scientifically and effectively,based on the existing science and technology innovation monitoring results,this paper uses DEA static BCC model and dynamic Malmquist index model to measure and compare the science and technology innovation efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2014 to 2020. The research shows that Beijing has the highest science and technology innovation efficiency,followed by Hebei,and Tianjin has the lowest efficiency,but Tianjin's science and technology innovation ability and management level have been improved the most,and the growth of total factor productivity index of science and technology innovation in the three places mainly depends on technological change. Based on this,the relevant suggestions are put forward: The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should find its own science and technology innovation development orientation based on reality; improve resource sharing and strengthen collaborative innovation;and promote multi-level technical cooperation between industry-university-research.

The interests and needs of medical institutions,achievement completers,transferees or investors are analyzed. The concerns of all parties involved in the transformation of achievements are clarified. This paper proposes to strengthen the construction of risk prevention and control mechanism for the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements by means of pre-evaluation,clarifying property rights,due diligence,improving decision-making mechanism,determining reasonable price and strengthening contract management.

    This project is the first application of lined steel pipe in the Bohai oilfield oil and gas transmission pipeline project. It has following high spots,such as small diameter,complicated process,special manufacture technique,and high standard. Combined with the production arranged around New Year Festival,lots of difficulties on production organization and quality control were encountered. By taking effective measures,strictly implementing standards and specifications,and overcoming various difficulties,all the tasks were completed according to the contract,which provides the valuable experience for the continued application of lined steel pipes in offshore pipeline projects. The production organization and quality control of lined steel pipes are elaborated and summarized.

    Troubleshooting of Frequent Stopping of Electric Submersible Pumps on Offshore Oil Production Platforms

    Artificial lift oil production is required in the middle and late development of offshore oil and gas production platforms,most of which take electric submersible pump for oil production as the main implementation scheme. However,in daily maintenance,it is found that some electric submersible pumps frequently have huge current fluctuations,resulting in high-frequency pump shutdown,accompanied by the regular change of bottomhole flowing pressure,which seriously damages the service life of electric submersible pumps and threatens the stable production of the platform. By analyzing the bottomhole flowing pressure,dynamic liquid level,well history and various parameters of the electric submersible pump,it is finally determined that the actual lift under the current power of the electric submersible pump can not meet the lifting requirements. By increasing the frequency of the electric submersible pump,the problem of excessive current fluctuation and frequent pump shutdown is solved.

    Analysis on Influence of Inflection Point in Optical Fiber Loop on Performance of Optical Fiber Gyroscope

    The influence of the optical fiber at the inflection point in the optical fiber loop on the performance and mechanical reliability of the optical fiber loop is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The bending stress and curing stress of the optical fiber at the inflection point in the loop are greater than those of the optical fiber at other positions in the optical fiber loop. Through the stress comparison of different parts of the optical fiber loop,it is concluded that the optical fiber at the inflection point in the optical fiber loop can better affect the performance and mechanical reliability of the optical fiber loop. This argument can provide reference for the structural design structure of optical fiber loop.

    Research on Application of Acid Fracturing Technology in Iraq X Oilfield

    Iraq X-oilfield is in the middle stage of field development,M reservoir in X-oilfield is a carbonate reservoir,acidizing with CTU is the traditional treatment in the oilfield stimulation. Multiple wells in the M reservoir show strong heterogeneity and reservoir damage during development,the production rate can't be restored after acidizing treatment. The paper analyzes the characteristics of M reservoir of X-oilfield,based on the characteristics of M reservoir,acid fracturing technology is firstly proposed,common acid,gelled acid and self-diverting acid are analyzed and selected. According to the research findings,the acid fracturing treatment was applied in the X-oilfield,based on the analysis result of mini-frac and main-frac,the geometric parameters of acid fracturing cracks and the acid fracturing parameters were optimized to enhance the effect of acid fracturing. The technology has been applied in the oilfield successfully,and the production rate of the single well increased obviously after operation.

    Triethylene glycol dehydration method is currently the most effective method of natural gas dehydration,its dehydration effect is remarkable,and its operation and maintenance are convenient. However,triethylene glycol has problems such as deterioration and incomplete regeneration during the regeneration process,affecting the dehydration effect. Taking the triethylene glycol dehydration device of an oilfield in Bohai as an example,the process flow,operational problems and optimization measures are explored. Effective measures are formulated and adopted to improve the dehydration effect of the device,which provides guarantee for the safe and stable operation of gas transmission pipelines.

    In consideration of the impact of oil pollution on marine ecological environment,real time on-line monitoring of oily wastewater discharged from offshore platforms is very necessary. A set of on-line monitoring system for oil in water based on ultraviolet fluorescence method was established in an oilfield in Bohai Sea. Through analysis of on-line monitoring data of offshore platforms in the past year,it is found that the measured oil concentrations at different temperatures decrease with the temperature rise. The flow of production water can cause turbidity in the water quality. Due to the influence of turbidity,there is a significant difference between on-line measurement values and platform laboratory measurement values. Due to oil pollution and biological adhesion,there may be significant data drift during the maintenance cycle. Therefore,it is necessary to compensate and correct the factors that have a significant impact on fluorescence characteristics (temperature,turbidity,etc.) and strengthen light window protection,in order to further improve the adaptability and reliability of the on-line monitoring system for oil in water in offshore platforms.

    Improvement and Transformation of Power System of Offshore Single Drive Crane

    Crane is one of the important equipment for cargo hoisting and personnel getting up and down in offshore operation facilities. Generally,the crane adopts diesel engine or motor as the power drive system. The crane with dieselengine as the power system not only consumes diesel during operation,but also needs regular shutdown for maintenance. However,cargo hoisting and personnel getting up and down in offshore operation facilities are relatively frequent,and the crane does not have the conditions for long-term shutdown. In order to ensure the normal use of the diesel engine driven crane during shutdown maintenance or failure,the single drive system of the diesel crane is upgraded to a diesel electric dual drive system,and the control operating system and safety protection device are upgraded,so as to achieve the maintenance of the diesel engine when the crane is not out of service and the continuous and reliable operation of the crane.

    Discussion on Optimization and Modification of Bearing Housing of Emergency Displacement Pump on Offshore Oil Production Platform

    In view of the working principle and daily operation of the emergency displacement pump and the fault characteristics that bearings are prone to high temperature failure since it was put into operation,the lubrication and cooling environment of the whole operation of the pump set was optimized and improved after the implementation of temporary solution measures,on-site fault analysis,bearing housing expansion,installation of cooling water system and other optimization and modification work. By comparing the operating effect difference before and after optimization and the temperature of the bearings at both ends of the pump body,the bearing temperature of the emergency displacement pump after optimization and modification is significantly reduced,which can meet the requirements of long-term operation. The application effect of the bearing housing after optimization and modification is verified through the actual case,which provides a theoretical reference for the pump working condition optimization and fault maintenance of such emergency displacement pump in the future.

    In the power system of offshore oilfield group,there are usually high voltage slip rings,networking transformers,submarine cables,generators and other equipment which are prone to overload faults. The active power flow control strategy of marine power grid based on the analysis of hot spare proportion calculates and analyzes the hot spare allowance of relevant equipment,and takes the hot spare proportion as the regulation parameter to control the active power flow of the power grid,so that the hot spare allowance of each weak link of the power grid is relatively balanced,so that the power grid has a relatively optimized anti-fluctuation ability. The hot spare ratio control mode makes the regulation and control of marine power grid with insufficient multi-node hot spare more automatic and reduces the workload of power grid dispatch personnel in data analysis and calculation. The hot spare proportion control mode can be used together with the common dispatching mode and equal proportion distribution mode of the power grid,which can maintain the stability of the power grid while increasing the diversity of power grid regulation.

    The science popularization of earthquake escape occupies a place in publicity of earthquake prevention and disaster. The real home environment constructed using VR technology before and after earthquake can enable players to quickly perceive the earthquake scene environment. An experiential virtual earthquake science popularization scene led by user operations is designed,which allows players to have an intuitive sensory understanding of the earthquake scene through a series of game levels,thereby forming an instinctive response. This game is modeled by Maya,and is developed and produced on Unity3D platform. It is an effective supplementary method for earthquake safety escape training,which can improve players' awareness and understanding of earthquake escape and provide a new means for publicity of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.

    Investigation on Demand for Universal Science Popularization and Tourist Satisfaction in Tianjin Zoo

    Based on the questionnaire survey,the classification and characteristics of tourists to the Tianjin Zoo,the purpose of the visit,methods for tourists to acquire knowledge of wildlife science popularization during sightseeing,ways to understand the zoo's science popularization activities and interesting stories,tourists' views on current science popularization activities,requirements for science popularization promotion,and tourists' evaluations,suggestions,and requirements for the zoo's science popularization services are obtained. The results show that the majority (88.9%) of tourists are young and middle-aged people who reside in this city for a long or short period of time;More than 60% (65.2%) of tourists bring children to visit the zoo,with the vast majority (57.4%) being parents and children traveling together;The main purpose of sightseeing is to watch animals,play games for entertainment,and help children master animal science knowledge. Although reading animal science popularization bulletin boards,self-service guided equipment,and watching animals have become important channels for visitors to understand animal science popularization knowledge,traditional media are still a main way for visitors to learn about the content of zoo science popularization activities. Overall,the vast majority (86.1%) of tourists expressed satisfaction with Tianjin Zoo. Large-scale theme activities,in-depth tours,and interactive projects are the activities that tourists most willingly participate in,but tourists also expect the zoo to enhance its educational function in animal science popularization facilities. Based on the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1) Enrich the animal population and improve animal welfare; (2) Increase financial support and improve science popularization facilities; (3) Improve the pertinence and diversity of science popularization activities;and (4) Expand the dissemination of science popularization and improve the layout of science popularization positions.

Taking the application for SCIE (Science Citation Index Expanded) database and its official inclusion as an example,issues needing attention during the application process for joining SCIE are analyzed.

    Analysis of Characteristics of Articles Published in Chinese Medical Journal and Top International Medical Journals

    The types and research directions of articles published in the Chinese Medical Journal (CMJ),New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM),Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA),and Lancet are explored to provide reference for optimizing the structure of Chinese medical journals and improving their international influence. All articles published in the CMJ,NEJM,JAMA and Lancet covered in Clarivate Analytics inCites between 2017 and 2019 are analyzed,including CMJ 72 issues,NEJM and Lancet 156 issues,and JAMA 144 issues,respectively. Compared to NEJM,JAMA and Lancet,the percentage of original articles was very high in CMJ(71.0%,23.5%,17.8% and 16.2%,respectively),and the types of articles such as reviews (2.0%,4.8%,8.1% and 13.0%,respectively) and reader letters (10.0%,52.2%,26.9% and 26.5%,respectively) were significantly less. At the same time,the research content of the highly cited papers published in CMJ (such as oncology,general internal medicine and cardiovascular system) is closely following the world's leading edge and key medical research interests,but the internationally highly cited medical research involving gastrointestinal and liver diseases,infectious diseases,respiratory diseases and other aspects is relatively small,with low attention. As the oldest comprehensive medical journal in China,CMJ needs to appropriately screen and optimize the types of articles,research interests,and content published in order to better adapt its disciplinary distribution to the development trend of biomedical science,further improve the internationalization process and influence of the journal,and strive to establish the international brand flag of Chinese journals.

    Analysis of Papers on COVID-19 Published in Chinese Medical Journals

    Through searching the literature information,statistical number of papers,citation frequency,highly cited papers and other data on novel COVID-19 published in Chinese medical journals by Chinese researchers from 2020 to 2021,and analyzing the literature quality on novel COVID-19 published in Chinese medical journals,it is found that the overall quality of the literature on novel COVID-19 published by Chinese medical journals is not high,but the citation of TCM journals is relatively good. In the face of sudden public health problems,Chinese medical journals should make differentiated and advanced judgments to avoid publishing articles in a homogeneous and repetitive manner.
