At the same time,one vote veto is implemented for employees who have made significant mistakes in safety,environmental protection,integrity and self-discipline,in order to ultimately establish an oilfield work philosophy that emphasizes the importance of basics,encourages improvement,promotes unity,and respects rules.

    The time characteristics of suspected nosocomial infection outbreak and nosocomial infection aggregation in a neurological specialized hospital in recent five years are retrospectively analyzed to find out the early identification factors of nosocomial infection outbreak,continuously optimize the management of nosocomial infection through the refined management of daily infection control work,and explore the early warning,timely intervention,and comprehensive control mechanisms for nosocomial infection outbreaks in neurological specialized hospitals,so as to provide basis for improving the management of nosocomial infection. Contact transmission mainly causes the outbreak of suspected nosocomial infection in the neurological specialized hospital. Strengthening the pre-examination and triage system,establishing and perfecting the three-level management system of hospital infection control and supervision,training and regular meeting have a positive impact on the prevention and control of nosocomial infection outbreak. A neurological specialized hospital should focus on preventing the outbreak of nosocomial infection caused by contact transmission. Strengthening the refined management of nosocomial infection control can effectively reduce the outbreak of nosocomial infection.

    The speed loop of traditional brushless DC motors is easily affected by changes in internal and external parameters during operation,resulting in problems such as large commutation torque ripple. To solve these problems,space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is used instead of PWM modulation. A control scheme is proposed,which uses fast super-twisting sliding mode control for the speed loop instead of PI control and injects optimal current vector into the q-axis current. By building a simulation model and analyzing the simulation results,it can be seen that compared to the traditional control strategy,this method can effectively reduce startup overshoot,improve dynamic response capability,and suppress commutation torque ripple.

    The oily wastewater in a natural-gas processing plant mainly comes from natural gas dewatering,pigging effluent and bottom water of storage tanks. The main pollution factors are petroleum and organic pollutants. The amount of oily wastewater produced is about 30 m3 per day,oil in water is flammable and volatile condensate light oil,the oil content in water is affected by many factors,such as liquid coming from sea pipe,fluctuation of upstream and downstream flow,etc,the oil content fluctuates randomly from 0 to 100%,the existing device has a large oil-water separation load,and the treatment effect is not up to the standard. After adopting the integrated skid-mounted oil-water purification and separation equipment on site,the oily wastewater treatment effect is good and meets the design requirements. It is of great significance to the stable operation of the natural-gas processing plant,upstream and downstream production processes,and also provides reference for the process modification work under similar working conditions.

    The thermal medium boiler is the core equipment for oil and gas treatment. At present,the thermal medium boilers in operation in offshore oil and gas fields,FPSOs and terminal treatment plants are characterized by high energy consumption and high emissions. The nitrogen oxides discharged exceed the emission standard limit of atmospheric pollutants by≤100 mg/Nm³. In order to overcome the drawbacks of high energy consumption and emissions in boilers,and to address the frequent start-stop issues of the equipment,the concepts of emission reduction,energy conservation,and carbon reduction have been integrated into the low nitrogen transformation plan,breaking through the conventional approach to achieve multiple benefits. After the completion of the low nitrogen burner and exhaust gas recirculation transformation technology for the thermal medium boiler,the hot oil system has been operating stably since its commissioning,with nitrogen oxide emissions less than 30 mg/Nm³. The economic and social benefits are very significant.

    This paper introduces the feasibility study and implementation results of technologies adopted by an operating company in Bohai Oilfield for the recovery of associated natural gas in offshore oilfields,including the application of associated gas compressor treatment process technology,gas regulation,storage and recovery of associated natural gas for power generation,innovation and implementation of large reflux and small reflux technologies in natural gas treatment process to recover the vented gas,adoption of reverse transmission technology for offshore gas pipeline and crude oil pipeline to recover the vented gas, application of the jet technology and the frequency conversion wet low-pressure screw compressor technology to recover the low-pressure vented gas of the secondary production separator,and innovative use of low-pressure compressors to recover the vented gas of water source wells and inclined plate oil remover. Taking advantage of the new development pattern of the combined gas supply network in the southwest of Bohai Sea and the electric power network of oil field group,an operating company has taken multiple measures in a coordinated manner,laying a solid foundation for Tianjin Branch to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.

Over the years,Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd. has made great progress in the field of emergency rescue and maintenance of offshore oil facilities,can deal with emergencies,and has accumulated rich experience. This paper summarizes and elaborates on the possible risks caused by offshore oil accidents and the key points that should be paid attention to in each stage of on-site command and organization,technical scheme preparation,rescue operation,logistics supply,and shore-based guarantees in the process of emergency rescue,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of offshore oil emergency rescue capabilities.

    The riser of an offshore platform is an important structure connecting the offshore operation platform and the submarine pipeline. The environment in which it is located is relatively harsh and the safety hazard is great. However,the riser structure of a large number of old platforms in the Bohai Sea is in an unprotected state. This paper investigates and statistically analyzes the current situation of the riser structure of oil and gas submarine pipelines and mixed pipelines in the Bohai Sea. On this basis,the research on the scheme design of the new anti-collision structure engineering is carried out. The design of the anti-collision structure fully considers the various arrangements and types of platform risers and the convenience of maintenance and replacement of the risers in the later stage. The COLLPASE module of SACS software is used for ship collision analysis,which can provide reference for the design of the anti-collision structure of offshore platform risers.

    Offshore oil platform is a key facility for offshore oil and gas exploitation and processing. The offshore oil platform is in continuous operation and its lighting system is also in continuous operation. Although the continuous operation mode of lighting fixtures in offshore oil and gas fields ensures the reliability of lighting,some lighting fixtures do not need to operate continuously under sufficient sunlight,resulting in unnecessary energy consumption during certain time periods. According to the functional principles of the lighting system,combined with the lighting requirements of workplaces and the actual usage of lighting fixtures,the research and analysis on energy conservation and consumption reduction of lighting fixtures were conducted from several aspects,and targeted measures were taken. Energy conservation optimization,automation upgrade,and remote monitoring transformation were carried out on the lighting systems of offshore platforms and floating oil storage vessels,achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction,intensification,and automation monitoring.
