    As one of the core components of wind power generation equipment,the length of wind turbine blades is constantly upgrading with the development of the industry. However,the geographical location of wind farms is usually relatively remote,with poor road conditions. As the length of blades increases,the difficulty of blade transportation further increases. In recent years,blade damage caused by transportation is also common,which has brought great difficulties and hidden dangers to the quality of the blade itself and after-sales service. This paper mainly conducts a preliminary classification of blade damage types caused by transportation,and studies their detection and repairability.

    Taking the buzzing noise of an electric SUV when it starts again after braking at low speed as an example,this paper discusses the application of NVH analysis method and BSR analysis method in solving the problem of abnormal noise. The BSR analysis method is used to quickly locate the performance attenuation problem of the rectangular seal ring. The problem of low-speed braking noise is solved by changing the structure of the seal ring and seal groove.

    Introduction of a New Painting Waste Liquid Recovery System in Paint Spraying Room

    The current waste thinner recovery system in the intermediate and top paint spraying room adopts the recovery method of pumping the waste liquid in the paint spraying room recovery tank into the waste liquid tank in the paint mixing room through the action of the pneumatic diaphragm pump after the waste liquid flows by gravity to the recovery tank in the paint spraying room. Due to the influence of many factors,such as the characteristics of the cleaned thinner,the direction of the pipeline and the long-term use,the waste liquid recovery pipeline is often seriously blocked,causing the recovery device not being able to operate normally. To solve the problem of drying due to the increased viscosity of waste liquid in the recovery pipeline,the recovery mode and circulation mode of waste liquid pipeline shall be switched frequently to ensure the normal operation of the recovery system to a greater extent and improve the recovery rate of waste liquid as a whole.

    Causes and Control Methods of Resistance Spot Welding Spatter in Vehicle Body Manufacturing

    At present,the resistance spot welding process is widely used for body-in-white welding at home and abroad. However,due to the impact of welding spot position,angle,base metal plate gap,electrode,welding parameters and other factors during resistance spot welding,a large number of welding spatters are inevitably generated. Especially in recent years,the use of galvanized sheet and high-strength steel plate for body-in-white has led to particularly serious spatter problem. Based on the actual production situation,this paper analyzes the causes of spot welding spatter,identifies the influencing factors of spatter in the process of body-in-white welding,and puts forward corresponding control methods to reduce welding spatter,so as to reduce the probability of spatter and improve the welding quality of body-in-white.

    For improving the quality of bran starter liquor,clarifying the type and dosage of saccharifying strains used in liquor brewing,and obtaining multiple-microbe bran starter liquor with clean body,unique flavor and short fermentation period,liquefaction power and saccharification power were used as indexes in this experiment,the effects of different inoculum size of Rhizopus oryzae,Aspergillus oryzae No. 1,Aspergillus oryzae No. 2,Monascus and Monascus purpureus as saccharifying strains on liquefaction power and saccharification power of rice-koji were studied by single factor experiment. According to this result,an orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels was carried out to optimize the proportion of strains. The results showed that the quality of rice-koji was obviously improved by adding Rhizopus oryzae 3%,Aspergillus oryzae No.1 4% and Monascus 3%.

    Applied Research of a Comprehensive Scheme for Reducing Paint Slag Output

    The overspray generated by spraying in the painting workshop is treated with a flocculant to form paint slag,which has a moisture content of up to 80% to 95%. When treated as hazardous waste,most of it is wastewater,resulting in an increase in production costs. This article studies a comprehensive scheme to reduce the output of paint slag by gradually reducing the free moisture in the paint slag. Firstly,stable output of paint slag is achieved through automatic scraper slag removal equipment;Next,using a simple lifting drainage device,under the dual effects of gravity and squeezing pressure,after 12 hours of drainage,the moisture content of the paint slag is reduced to about 55%;Finally,the paint slag after being lifted and drained is dispersed on a porous stainless steel tray,placed inside a heat pump sealed low-temperature drying equipment,with a gradient temperature rise of up to 50 ℃. After 12 hours of circulating hot air drying,the moisture content of the paint slag is reduced to below 20%. After comprehensive treatment,the output of paint slag has been reduced by about 60%.

    Taking the VOC waste gas treatment equipment used in automobile painting workshop as an example,this paper discusses the way to delay the runner blockage. According to the practical experience,the feasible method to delay the runner blockage is summarized. The first is to reduce the paint mist content in the treatment gas from the source,and select dry circulating air treatment if conditions permit. The second is to ensure the capacity of the filter in front of the runner. Suggestions on the design and installation of the filter are put forward. This method provides a reference for the maintenance and use of waste gas treatment equipment in automobile painting and related fields in the future.

    Effect of Rich Resin on Performance of Fiberglass Pultruded Plates for Wind Turbine Blades

    With the rapid development of wind turbine capacity towards large-scale,traditional fiberglass fabric main beam structures cannot meet the needs of large-scale blade design. Fiberglass pultruded plates are widely used in blade main beam structures due to their high fiber content,high modulus,and low cost. However,there may be some quality issues in the production process of pultruded plates that affect the performance of the main beam,and there is little research on such issues in the industry. This article mainly studies the impact of rich resin on the basic and static properties of the plates,and proposes suggestions for improving rich resin measures in the production process of pultruded plates. The results show that the rich resin has little effect on the density and fiber content of the pultruded plates,has little effect on 0° tensile properties,and has a certain effect on the 90° tensile properties.

    The use of composite enzyme to treat kitchen waste aims to hydrolyze the nutrients in the waste and reduce its solid content. Taking the degradation rate of kitchen waste as index,the effects of compound enzyme dosage and proportion,enzymolysis time,initial pH value,enzymolysis temperature and other factors on enzymolysis reaction were preliminatively studied by single factor experiment. On this basis,the L9 (34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process conditions. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for enzymolysis of kitchen waste with compound enzyme are as follows:enzyme dosage of 0.7%,initial reaction pH of 6.0,enzymolysis temperature of 55 ℃. At this time,the degradation rate of kitchen waste is 33.98%.

    In the development of NVH performance,the door closing force requires that the compression load on the sealing strip is as small as possible,while the abnormal sound and wind noise require that it is as large as possible,there is a contradiction among the three about its performance,and the design process of the sealing strip needs to balance the performance. This paper analyzes the influence of the performance of the sealing strip on wind noise,closing force and abnormal sound,and studies the changing process of the performance requirements of the sealing strip from the performance matrix relationship of the three. The relationship between the radius of the foam tube and the air flow rate is obtained by theoretical calculation. A design scheme and corresponding control strategy for the sealing strip with active variable compression are proposed,so that the performance of the sealing strip can reach the ideal target value of the three at the same time,further improving the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.

    The pultruded glass fiber sheets with different storage times and environments and polishing methods were selected respectively. After adding biaxial fabrics between the sheets,the composite material samples were prepared by VARTM technology,and the factors affecting the interface strength of pultruded glass fiber sheets for wind power blades were studied. After the sample preparation was completed,the macroscopic interface strength performance and microscopic morphology of the pultruded glass fiber sheet interface were tested successively. The test results indicate that as the storage time increases,the interface strength of the pultruded glass fiber sheets decreases,and subsequently maintains a stable level;After polishing with 80,120,and 240 grit sandpaper,the surface roughness of the pultruded glass fiber sheets significantly changes. The smaller the roughness,the smaller the interface strength,and the initial interface strength of the pultruded glass fiber sheets cannot be restored after polishing. In addition,under different storage temperatures and humidities,the impact on the interface strength of the pultruded glass fiber sheets is relatively small.

    To study the dynamic response of a military cargo box under standard attitude drop,the performance evaluation of the packaging system is conducted through simulation analysis to provide data support for the structural optimization,and the simulation test is conducted to compare it with the hypothetical attitude drop. The difference of the response results is analyzed,and the importance of the standard attitude drop modeling in the simulation analysis is confirmed. Hypermesh and LS-Dyna integrated modeling idea is used to carry out finite element simulation analysis of different attitude drop conditions to obtain the stress cloud map of each part of the packaging system and the response acceleration curve of the built-in object. Under the standard attitude,the maximum stress of the system during the drop process of the face and edge does not exceed the yield strength of the corresponding material. During the angle drop process,the maximum stress of the box body is 76.654 MPa,which significantly exceeds the yield strength of the material. Compared with the standard attitude,the maximum stress,the peak response acceleration and the force response time of the system all have deviations in different degrees during the process of edge and angle drop under the hypothetical attitude. The structure of the cargo box will not be damaged when the face and edge drop test is carried out under the standard attitude,and there is a risk of damage when the angle drop test is carried out,so the structure needs to be optimized. In order to improve the accuracy of the drop simulation results of the packaging system,it is very important to build a finite element simulation model with a standard drop attitude.

    A method for the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in surface water and groundwater by solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography is established. This paper introduces the various instrument parameters and specific sample extraction methods of using solid-phase extraction to purify samples,gas chromatograph electron capture detector to detect 15 nitrobenzene compounds in water. This method has good separation and accuracy. The correlation coefficients of standard curves for all substances are greater than 0.998,the lower limit of determination is between 0.005 5 μg/L and 0.097 μg/L,the accuracy,i.e. the spiked recovery rate is between 78.3% and 115%,and the precision,i.e. the relative standard deviation of the spiked recovery rate is between 1.3% and 9.0%.

    Determination of Perchlorate in Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography with Hydroxide Eluent

    A method for the determination of perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography-hydroxide eluent was developed. An AS20 column is used for ion chromatography. The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0.999 2,the lower limit of the method is 0.005 mg/L,the accuracy is 85.7%-107%,and the precision is 1.5%-9.3%. The method is simple,stable,accurate and suitable for the detection of perchlorate in water.

    This paper studies the design method of urban constructed wetlands in sponge city construction,characterizing the important role of constructed wetlands in purifying rainwater in sponge city construction. When the treatment capacity of the constructed wetland in the renovation project is lower than the designed water volume,enhanced treatment facilities should be added at the front end of the wetland to meet the requirements of reducing pollution load,reducing SS,reducing wetland blockage,and deep rainwater purification. After internal structural design and reasonable optimization of various process sections such as pre-enhanced treatment facilities,stabilization ponds,subsurface wetlands,surface flow wetlands,and outlet ponds,constructed wetland projects could effectively reduce the rainwater pollution load in sponge city construction. The effluent quality of constructed wetlands varies with the rainwater load of the pumping station,showing the characteristics of unstable water quality. It is recommended to take appropriate measures to reduce the rainwater treatment capacity to ensure compliance with discharge standards.

However,due to factors such as poor adaptability of teaching materials for scientific innovation education,insufficient number of qualified teachers,and limited technological resources available to students,the overall effect of cultivating scientific spirit among middle school students is unsatisfactory. In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to innovate the methods and approaches of scientific and innovative activities in middle schools,promote the practical application of STEM education models,and enable teachers to improve their own scientific literacy and explore the implementation of large unit teaching in the field of scientific and technological innovation. In addition,schools,families and communities must work together in a coordinated manner to systematically integrate scientific spirit into scientific and technological innovation education in middle schools.

    Reflection on Future Development of Heating Enterprises by Digital Construction

    Heating enterprises have experienced a series of rapid development such as digital construction. Due to the extensive application of Internet of Things technology,artificial intelligence,remote regulation and balance technology,unattended heat exchange station and other technologies,it provides conditions for heating enterprises to enter a new stage of wisdom. This paper describes the development process of digital construction of heating enterprises,and takes a traditional heating enterprise as an example,and expounds the intelligent upgrading and reconstruction scheme of heating enterprises and the future intelligent construction direction.

    Analysis of a Large Hail Weather Process

    Based on the conventional meteorological data and Doppler radar products,a large hail weather process under the influence of North China cold vortex is analyzed. The results show that:(1) the influence system of this hailstorm is the potential unstable stratification formed by the shallow North China cold vortex,northwest airflow and cold temperature trough at 500 hPa,warm temperature ridge at 700 hPa and 850 hPa;Binhai New Area is located in the divergence zone to the left of the 200 hPa high-altitude jet stream exit zone. It is warm and wet in the lower layer and dry and cold in the middle layer,which is conducive to the occurrence and development of severe convective weather. (2) The effective potential energy of convection is 1 626 J/kg,the convective inhibition is 0 J/kg,the moderate intensity of 0-6 km vertical wind shear is 12.8 m/s,the moderate intensity of 0-2 km vertical wind shear is 10.2 m/s,the humidity below 850 hPa is high,and the humidity above is low,which is favorable for the occurrence of hail and thunderstorm gale weather. The height of 0 ℃ layer is 4.2 km,it is suitable for hail formed. (3) About 1 hour before hailstorm in Binhai New Area,radar products show hailstorm characteristics:reflectivity factor value more than 55 dBz,vertical accumulated liquid water content more than 65 g/kg,and side lobe echo appears,indicating that large hail would fall,and the approaching warning of large hail could be issued about one hour in advance. (4) The strong radar reflectivity factor moves along the direction of 500 hPa guiding airflow and ground convergence line,and is strengthened after entering the Bohai Sea. The mesocyclones are identified by radar and develop into supercell hail storms. (5) The reasons for the strengthening of the hailstorm cells as a supercell storm after entering the Bohai Sea are as follows:the humidity in the lower layer increase,the instability of the upper cold and lower warm potential increase,the vertical wind shear in the deep layer is strengthened,and the divergence field is closer to the left side of the exit area of the 200 hPa upper-level jet stream,which is more conducive to the upward movement and the organization of the storm.
