Abstract: With the rapid development of wind turbine capacity towards large-scale,traditional fiberglass fabric main beam structures cannot meet the needs of large-scale blade design. Fiberglass pultruded plates are widely used in blade main beam structures due to their high fiber content,high modulus,and low cost. However,there may be some quality issues in the production process of pultruded plates that affect the performance of the main beam,and there is little research on such issues in the industry. This article mainly studies the impact of rich resin on the basic and static properties of the plates,and proposes suggestions for improving rich resin measures in the production process of pultruded plates. The results show that the rich resin has little effect on the density and fiber content of the pultruded plates,has little effect on 0° tensile properties,and has a certain effect on the 90° tensile properties.
