Optimization of Process Conditions for Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Kitchen Waste with Compound Enzyme

Abstract: The use of composite enzyme to treat kitchen waste aims to hydrolyze the nutrients in the waste and reduce its solid content. Taking the degradation rate of kitchen waste as index,the effects of compound enzyme dosage and proportion,enzymolysis time,initial pH value,enzymolysis temperature and other factors on enzymolysis reaction were preliminatively studied by single factor experiment. On this basis,the L9 (34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process conditions. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for enzymolysis of kitchen waste with compound enzyme are as follows:enzyme dosage of 0.7%,initial reaction pH of 6.0,enzymolysis temperature of 55 ℃. At this time,the degradation rate of kitchen waste is 33.98%.
