Abstract: The characteristics of visual inspection and collaborative robot are described. The detection accuracy of resin coated parts is verified through visual inspection experiments,and the handling mode of resin coated parts is verified through collaborative robot simulation software. Combined with the process flow and layout of resin coating production line,the application of visual inspection and collaborative robot is studied. The allocation of manual inspection,visual inspection and collaborative robot operations is re-optimized based on Toyota production system. Toyota production instruction system and mobile robot AMR are used to achieve the application effect of decreasing two people,providing an example for the comprehensive application of visual inspection and collaborative robots in the resin coating field to improve production efficiency.
