Abstract: The professional efficacy of sci-tech journal editors can effectively reflect their subjective perception of their abilities and environment,stimulate their own professional motivation,and is also one of the important sources of motivation in their editing work,as well as the internal driving force for realizing their life value. By analyzing the connotation and value of editorial professional efficacy,and in response to the actual work needs of sci-tech journals,the existing problems are analyzed. This paper puts forward four ways to cultivate the professional efficacy of domestic sci-tech journal editors,including improving their skills in writing expression,literature research,information editing,and communication and coordination,in order to effectively improve their editing skills and contribute to the improvement of academic and editorial levels of sci-tech journals.
