Abstract: The background of the development of archival informationization is elaborated. The significance and advantages of the informatization management of hospital personnel archives are pointed out. It is proposed that archives management personnel should promote the development of achive management and information work,and give full play to the complementary and perfect function of traditional paper media achives,and finally realize the coexistence of multiple ways of achive management mode.
