Abstract: Transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements is a complex process with multi-subject participation and multi-objective coexistence,and risks can arise in each link. The interests and needs of medical institutions,achievement completers,transferees or investors are analyzed. The concerns of all parties involved in the transformation of achievements are clarified. This paper proposes to strengthen the construction of risk prevention and control mechanism for the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements by means of pre-evaluation,clarifying property rights,due diligence,improving decision-making mechanism,determining reasonable price and strengthening contract management.
