Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology,China's press and publication industry has also entered the new media era. In this era of rapid dissemination of information,traditional publishing media are facing many challenges. Sci-tech journals are one of the important ways to disseminate scientific and technological achievements and information. In order to effectively improve the convenience of reading and meet the needs of readers,it is necessary to improve the editing and publishing modes of paper journals. The improvement of editing ability and quality in the digital era of new media is discussed,hoping to provide some ideas and references for the development of editing and publishing industry.
