Abstract: This project is the first application of lined steel pipe in the Bohai oilfield oil and gas transmission pipeline project. It has following high spots,such as small diameter,complicated process,special manufacture technique,and high standard. Combined with the production arranged around New Year Festival,lots of difficulties on production organization and quality control were encountered. By taking effective measures,strictly implementing standards and specifications,and overcoming various difficulties,all the tasks were completed according to the contract,which provides the valuable experience for the continued application of lined steel pipes in offshore pipeline projects. The production organization and quality control of lined steel pipes are elaborated and summarized.
