Abstract: Beichen public emergency early warning information release system is built under the framework of Tianjin City public emergency early warning information release system. It is a unified emergency warning information release system with mutual connection between city and district levels. Beichen Meteorological Bureau uses the feedback mechanism as a scientific management method to improve the level and efficiency of business management in the grass-roots application of the public emergency early warning information release system.
