Abstract: Because of the particularity of the working condition,the installation of anchor piles at sea has high safety risk as a whole. The process of loading and installation of anchor piles involves various types of operations such as ship operation,lifting operation,piling operation and so on. Based on the installation experience of offshore anchor piles in an oil field,taking the lifting operation as an example,this paper analyzes the operational safety risks during the loading and installation of offshore anchor piles,discusses how to effectively ensure the operational safety and avoid risks,and puts forward corresponding management and control suggestions to enable on-site grassroots operators to enhance their safety awareness through comprehensive operational safety risk analysis.
