Risk Assessment of LNG Floating Transfer Barge Design Scheme Based on HAZID

Abstract: Taking a LNG floating transfer barge design scheme as an example,based on HAZID,the layout of LNG floating transfer barge design scheme and equipment,towing operation,preparation before transfer operation and LNG transfer operation are identified,the risk level is evaluated and the corresponding risk control measures are formulated. The causes,consequences,existing protective measures,risk level and countermeasures of hazards caused by factors such as design layout,process flow,equipment failure and human operation of LNG floating transfer barge design scheme are analyzed.
