    Research on content of Tianjin science and technology achievement transformation policies based on text mining

    Policies for the transformation of science and technology achievements are important factors to promote the development of science and technology. Taking Tianjin's science and technology achievement transformation policies from June 2016 to 2024 as the research object,this paper adopts the text mining method and Python software to analyze the types of policy documents,issuing authorities,effectiveness levels,high-frequency words,nature and content clustering,etc. The research results show that the high-frequency words in Tianjin's science and technology achievement transformation policies are technology and innovation. The nature of the policies is mainly encouragement and guidance,and the content is mainly related to science and technology and strategy. The research provides theoretical references and research basis for the formulation and optimization of policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Tianjin and even other cities in China.

    The role of the Tianjin Center of the Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation in promoting regional collaborative innovation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is discussed. Firstly,by strengthening the sharing and cooperation of scientific and technological resources within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the transformation of scientific research achievements from Beijing in Tianjin is promoted,and Hebei is supported in undertaking related achievements. Secondly,by building four major innovation networks of scientific research,industry,service and funds,the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements are accelerated. Thirdly,by building an innovation ecosystem driven by venture capital and oriented by market demand,the deep integration of industry-university-research cooperation is promoted,the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements are accelerated,and the regional capacity for scientific and technological innovation is enhanced.

    Perovskite solar cells are currently a research hotspot in the field of solar cells,and how to improve their conversion efficiency has become a focal point for industrial investment and market attention. Based on the China Patent Abstract Database (CNABS),this paper retrieves patents related to high-efficiency perovskite solar cell technologies in China and analyzes the basic status of patent applications and major innovation entities in conjunction with mainstream technologies for enhancing perovskite solar cells. The patent status and the development trends of the industry are expounded,and corresponding suggestions are proposed for the development of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells in China.

    Discussion on status and optimization strategies of patent application pre-examination mechanism

    As the latest accelerated examination system in China,the patent application pre-examination mechanism has played an important role in shortening the examination period and improving the efficiency of intellectual property transformation and application of innovation entities,but there are still problems such as the need to further improve the pre-examination mechanism and system and the need to enhance the quality of pre-examination cases. This paper analyzes the current situation of the patent application pre-examination mechanism from three aspects:patent application pre-examination submission eligibility requirements,process and examination contents and standardized management,and puts forward the optimization and adjustment suggestions such as strengthening the normative nature of the pre-examination mechanism,the construction of filing enterprise portraits to carry out hierarchical management and assisting in the cultivation of high-value patents.

    Research on geometric operations in topological map models

    This study proposes a spatial geometric operation framework based on topological map models. By defining topological transformation rules for geometric intersection,union,and difference operations,the graphical representation of the operation results is reconstructed,and a multidimensional verification system is designed to evaluate the effectiveness and computational efficiency of the method. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional Delaunay triangulation algorithm,the proposed method reduces the execution time by 35% and memory usage by 42% in the intersection operation. Through data operation regulation,multi view interaction,and computer vision technology,a verification system was constructed,and the scientificity and practicality of the new method was verified from multiple perspectives.

    Application of double-layer sluices in coastal areas: case study of water exchange sluice in Tianjin coastal new town

    Taking the design of the boundary water interchange sluice for a land reclamation project in the coastal areas of Tianjin as an example,the double-layer sluices and single-layer sluices are calculated and compared in terms of flow capacity,structural internal force and investment. The results show that the use of a double-layer sluice chamber can solve the problem of sediment deposition in front of the sluice to a certain extent,without reducing the flow rate. On the contrary,it can slightly increase the flow rate. It can improve the stress condition of the box culvert,reduce the reinforcement of the box culvert,strengthen the lateral stiffness of the box culvert in the vertical flow direction,and reduce the uneven settlement of the foundation and the structural deformation of the sluice chamber. The increase of cost has little effect on the total investment of the project. Double-layer sluices have certain advantages in coastal areas or other easily silted rivers and soft soil foundations,which can provide reference for similar projects.

    Development and testing of natural gas leakage monitoring device for subsea oil tree cable penetrator

    The online monitoring device for combustible gas passing through cable penetrators utilizes active gas sampling technology to achieve online monitoring of cable penetrators in Christmas trees. This device solves the blind spot of no active online monitoring system for cable penetrators on offshore oil production platforms. The sampling pump is mainly controlled by a control circuit to continuously extract gas from the cable penetrator gas sampling box to the combustible gas sensor. The control circuit controls the operation of the sampling pump while controlling the power on or off of the solenoid valves after each Christmas tree passes through the cable penetrator sampling box to achieve single Christmas tree sampling. The system is equipped with a dedicated blowing pipeline and blowing control,ensuring the accuracy of each sampling. This device has an independent control system that independently completes functions such as control,alarm,and communication.

    In recent years,with the sustained growth of tourism,red beds and colored hills have attracted increasing attention,and research on these geological features has become a hotspot. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the characteristics,distribution,color genesis,sedimentary environments,and research methodologies related to red beds and colored hills. It identifies existing research gaps,including the lack of systematic regional divisions,insufficient studies on sedimentary environments of small lake basins,reducing environments,external environmental impacts on color variations in colored hills,and multidisciplinary comprehensive research. In response to these issues,the future research directions for colored hills are prospected,aiming to establish a theoretical foundation for red bed and colored hill studies while offering scientific support for the conservation of geological heritage.

    Analysis of canyon features and submarine slope stability in area D of continental slope in Qiongdongnan Basin, South China Sea

    Submarine canyons are widely developed in the continental slope of the South China Sea,which seriously affects the safety of offshore facilities such as drilling platforms. Based on the high-precision survey data from autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) in the canyons of area D of the continental slope in Qiongdongnan Basin,South China Sea,the characteristics of the submarine topography and geomorphology,the geological conditions of the shallow surface layer in the study area are analyzed. A total of 7 canyons of different scales are identified. The geomorphological units in the canyon area are divided into canyon walls,canyon channels,and erosion-accumulation areas at the bottom of the canyon. Based on the strength reduction method,the stability of the submarine slope in the study area is calculated using finite element software,and the stability of the submarine slope in the study area is quantitatively evaluated.

    Innovation and application of secondary sand control process for artificial wellbore in screen-damaged wells

    Aiming at the problems existing in the artificial wellbore sand control process,such as complex working fluid systems,complicated procedures,and large construction scales,a secondary sand control process using low-temperature consolidated coated and forced induced sand removal is proposed. In the well X2 of a certain oilfield in Bohai Sea,the cumulative pumping volume of consolidated ceramsite and working fluid was reduced by 50% and 70% respectively compared with the conventional process,the 24-hour post-drill-out heating time was saved,and there was no sand production after production. This process can effectively improve the operation efficiency and reduce the construction cost. One-time construction can achieve the dual effects of production increase and sand control,and it has broad application prospects in deep-layer oil and gas development and the transformation of low-production and low-efficiency wells.

    Research and practice of composting technology in treatment of campus greening waste

    With the continuous increase in campus green coverage requirements,the annual production of campus greening waste has risen accordingly. Proper disposal of this waste has become a problem that management departments need to consider. Through experiments comparing the effects of different mixtures on composting,the results show that adding urea is highly feasible and practical for campus greening waste treatment. Based on campus management needs,a design plan for the composting site is proposed to achieve efficient waste recycling,promote green,and contribute to the “Carbon neutrality” goals.

    Key technologies for design and construction of double-wall steel suspended box cofferdam in estuarine environment

    Fuzhou Daoqingzhou Crossing is located at the estuary of the Minjiang River,and is affected by half day tides,resulting in significant changes in the tidal range of the river section,which requires high requirements for the design and construction of cofferdams. The cap of S18 # bridge pier is constructed using double-wall steel suspended box. Taking this bridge as an example,the structural design and construction technical points of the double-wall steel suspended box cofferdam under the influence of high tide difference in estuarine environment are explained. The entire construction process of the cofferdam meets the requirements of structural anti-floating and anti-sinking,and provides a reference method for the design and construction of steel suspended boxes in similar water environments.

    Using Excel sheets,this paper statistically analyzes the views,likes,shares,and audience characteristics of science popularization videos released under the name “Nanshitou Pharmacy” on Bilibili Danmu Video Network (hereinafter referred to as “Bilibili”) and WeChat Official Accounts from June to December 2022. By analyzing the factors that affect the dissemination of pharmaceutical science popularization short videos,the direction is provided for the pharmaceutical department of hospitals to use WeChat public accounts and Bilibili platforms for subsequent creation of pharmaceutical science popularization videos. It is proposed that the use of short videos in WeChat official account and Bilibili for pharmaceutical science popularization can gain greater public attention,but there are still shortcomings. If the number of short video dissemination platforms is increased,the duration of science popularization videos is appropriately controlled,appropriate science popularization themes are selected,and a professional production team is formed,more satisfactory dissemination efficiency can be achieved.

Combined the examination practice and legal analysis,starting from the changes in relevant examples of the interpretation of the technical solution,the relationship between the technical solution and technical problem,technical features,and technical effect is analyzed,and the meaning of laws of nature and their role in utility model patent examination,especially in the examination of protected objects are explored.     Research on evaluation model of excellent reviewers based on analytic hierarchy process

    How to accurately and quickly select excellent reviewers from a large and complex database of reviewers has always been a practical problem that every journal faces. In response to the current lack of quantitative selection of excellent reviewers,this article adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct an evaluation system for excellent reviewer indicators. By establishing pairwise judgment matrices for standard and indicator layers,calculating the weights of each indicator system and conducting consistency judgments on the third and fourth order judgment matrices,a simplified evaluation model for excellent reviewers was constructed. Through case analysis,the scientificity and operability of the model were demonstrated,which can provide a reference for scientific journals in selecting excellent reviewers.

    On the basis of researching the high-quality development of sci-tech journals in China,establishing world-class sci-tech journals,and discussing the theoretical research and mechanism of integrated development of sci-tech journals,this paper explores the mechanism of integrated development of fire research and fire technology journals. By analyzing the current status of fire research development,the current status of fire technology journals,and the challenges they face,the construction of an integrated development innovation mechanism,including a collaborative innovation mechanism,a resource sharing mechanism,and a talent exchange mechanism is elaborated,and the implementation strategies are discussed. The results indicate that the integration of fire research and fire technology journals can help improve the efficiency of scientific research achievement transformation,promote fire technology innovation,and advance the development of the fire industry.

    During the process of scientific paper publication,there are frequent cases where domestic and international research integrity issues are handled without the knowledge of the corresponding authors. This article investigates and analyzes the current situation of informed consent for corresponding authorship in clinical diagnostics journals and proposes countermeasures,aiming to provide a reference for the standardization of informed consent for corresponding authorship in domestic scientific journals. The practice of corresponding authorship in scientific journals is quite common,but the content and methods of annotation vary among different journals,leading to incomplete and insufficient information acquisition. It is recommended that relevant departments should enhance the emphasis on informed consent for corresponding authorship,and editorial departments should strengthen the review of the informed consent.

    Analysis and exploration of questionnaire results on differences in cognitive degree of academic misconduct among medical researchers regarding paper authorship

    To explore the differences in cognitive degree and manipulability of authorship among medical researchers,a themed questionnaire was developed using the Likert scale as the scoring criterion. The variables in the theoretical model were set as the cognitive degree and practical difficulty of authorship. Questionnaires were distributed to the authors of the two journals,Chinese Journal of Orthopedics and Orthopaedic Surgery,via Wechat and Email. Questionnaires were also distributed to orthopedic doctors and researchers through conference presentations and academic Wechat groups. The data of the retrieved valid questionnaires were summarized and statistically analyzed to determine the items with a large gap between the cognitive degree of authorship and the score of practical operation difficulty. The issue of authorship disputes is widespread during the research and publication stages of clinicians and researchers,and the proportion of researchers who have experienced authorship disputes is even higher. There are differences in the cognitive degree and manipulability of the basic requirements for authorship. The more articles are published,the higher the manipulability of authorship.

    High-quality medical science and technology journals have important practical significance for achieving the development strategy of a healthy China. Topic selection planning and manuscript solicitation are important means to improve the quality of journals. Local medical science and technology journals should fully utilize the advantages of their own disciplines and the unique medical resources in their respective regions. They should rely on industry branded academic forums,focus on industry hot issues,and be guided by the needs of researchers to carefully plan topic selection,effectively disseminate regional medical research achievements,and promote local medical development. This article takes the strategy and practical experience of topic selection planning in the Journal of Guangxi Medical University as an example to summarize the effectiveness of column manuscript solicitation in recent years,in order to provide reference and guidance for the high-quality development of medical science and technology journals in local universities.

    Characteristics of highly cited papers in Peking University core Chinese medical journals in universities: bibliometric analysis of 674 papers from 22 journals

    By analyzing the distribution of the top 5% of cited papers in Peking University core Chinese medical journals in universities from 2021 to 2023,including the manuscript source,types of literature,number of funds,number of institutions,number of authors,pictures in text,tables,and number of references,we observe and compare the differences in the above characteristic indicators between the top 1% and top 1-5% of cited papers,endogenous and exogenous papers,different types of literature,and the basic situation of the top 10 papers with the highest citation frequency were observed and compared. The characteristics of highly cited papers in Peking University core Chinese medical journals in universities are discussed. The results show that among the highly cited papers in Peking University core Chinese medical journals in universities,there are more endogenous manuscripts,with a high citation rate of guidelines/consensus literature,while exogenous manuscripts are mostly basic research papers. The number of authors per paper is generally four,most of them are completed by two institutions. Each paper has at least one funded project. Generally,there are graphs and tables,and. Other characteristics vary depending on the type of literature. There are no concise rules to follow for the characteristics of highly cited papers. It is necessary to look at the essence through the appearance,and not to evaluate the quality of papers by a single index. The development of university journals is inseparable from the scientific research support of their respective universities. It is necessary to focus on the quality of papers to improve the competitiveness of journals,always put social benefits first,and guide the academic direction.
