Abstract: During the process of scientific paper publication, there are frequent cases where domestic and international research integrity issues are handled without the knowledge of the corresponding authors. This article investigates and analyzes the current situation of informed consent for corresponding authorship in clinical diagnostics journals and proposes countermeasures, aiming to provide a reference for the standardization of informed consent for corresponding authorship in domestic scientific journals. The practice of corresponding authorship in scientific journals is quite common, but the content and methods of annotation vary among different journals, leading to incomplete and insufficient information acquisition. It is recommended that relevant departments should enhance the emphasis on informed consent for corresponding authorship, and editorial departments should strengthen the review of the informed consent.
