Research on content of Tianjin science and technology achievement transformation policies based on text mining

Abstract

Abstract: Policies for the transformation of science and technology achievements are important factors to promote the development of science and technology. Taking Tianjin's science and technology achievement transformation policies from June 2016 to 2024 as the research object,this paper adopts the text mining method and Python software to analyze the types of policy documents,issuing authorities,effectiveness levels,high-frequency words,nature and content clustering,etc. The research results show that the high-frequency words in Tianjin's science and technology achievement transformation policies are technology and innovation. The nature of the policies is mainly encouragement and guidance,and the content is mainly related to science and technology and strategy. The research provides theoretical references and research basis for the formulation and optimization of policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Tianjin and even other cities in China.
