Abstract: In order to enhance the science and technology competitiveness of smart hospitals more effectively,taking the patent application status of five tertiary hospitals in Tianjin as research samples and publicly searched data as carriers,this paper analyses the trend of application volume,patent quality,technology distribution,and other aspects,summarizes the current status of the construction of smart hospitals in Tianjin and the problems from the perspective of patents,and puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of technological innovation,policy support and collaborative operation of intellectual property rights,so as to provide assistance for comprehensively enhancing the construction level of smart hospitals.
