    Study on application of coal-based powdered activated carbon with different iodine values and ash contents in industrial wastewater treatment

    To address the issues of high treatment costs and low efficiency in industrial wastewater treatment using coal-based powdered activated carbon (PAC) adsorption processes,which arise from inappropriate selection of coal-based PAC types,this study investigates the application effects of coal-based PACs with different iodine values and ash contents in industrial wastewater treatment. By conducting bench-scale experiments simulating the PAC adsorption process for industrial wastewater,the adsorption performance of coal-based PACs with high/low iodine values and varying ash contents was comparatively analyzed for treating typical industrial park wastewater. Experimental results demonstrate that the iodine value and ash content of coal-based PACs are critical factors influencing their adsorption efficiency for different types of industrial wastewater. This research provides both theoretical foundation and practical references for selecting cost-effective,high-efficiency adsorption materials in wastewater treatment applications.

    Research on design method for material-saving holes in EPS linings

    Expandable polystyrene (EPS) boards are widely used in the packaging industry due to their unique cushioning and shock absorption properties as well as cost advantages. Using an EPS model,the impact of material-saving hole structures on cushioning effects was verified and analyzed. The findings show that under the premise of conforming to cushioning pad design principles: 1) With equal hole area,structures featuring numerous narrow holes demonstrate superior cushioning performance compared to those with fewer wider holes; 2) With equal hole quantity,smaller spacing between holes yields better cushioning effects than larger spacing.

    Using common combinations of carbon and nitrogen sources,this paper investigated the regulatory effects of key parameters on the selenium-enriched liquid culture of Morchella through single-factor and orthogonal experiments,and concluded the key technical parameters. Through targeted selenium-enriched culture,a composite product with both fungal nutrients and selenium bioactivity can be obtained. The research results have broad market potential in the fields of functional foods,dietary supplements,cosmetic raw materials,and innovative drug development.

    Research on air permeability performance and microstructure analysis of VAP membrane for wind turbine blades

    In the vacuum infusion process of preparing wind turbine blades,the unidirectional permeability of Vacuum Assisted Process (VAP) membrane can continuously pump out the air inside the vacuum bag membrane,prevent the resin from being pumped out,and solve the process problem of not being infused through due to the existence of air bubbles locally in the blade molding and infusion. The air permeability performance of different models of VAP membrane was tested,and the microstructure of VAP membrane was observed by optical microscope. The test results show that the air permeability of VAP membrane is related to the ambient pressure difference in molding and infusion and the number of its holes.

    A pilot study was conducted to optimize the operation of different combinations of chemical agents using the Luan River raw water. By analyzing the treatment effects under different pre-oxidation and chemical combination dosages,the optimization parameters of chemical agents for Luan River raw water in different water quality periods were proposed. The results show that during the low-temperature and low turbidity phase of the pilot test,a dosage of 20 mg/L PAC and 15 mg/L FeCl3 without pre-treatment,and a dosage of 0.8 mg/L preozonation,10 mg/L PAC and 10 mg/L FeCl3 can both meet the effluent quality requirements. During the normal temperature and turbidity period,a dosage of 0.5 mg/L prechlorination,15 mg/L PAC and 15 mg/L FeCl3 can meet the effluent quality requirements,and during the high temperature and high algae period,a dosage of 1.2 mg/L prechlorination,20 mg/L PAC and 15 mg/L FeCl3 can meet the effluent quality requirements.

    Research on bearing performance of wind turbine blade root connection bolts based on finite element model and simulation calculation

    Finite element modeling and simulation of various blade root connection configurations were conducted using finite element software. By comparing the simulation results,this study investigates the influence of bolt shank diameter,flange thickness,and applied preload on the static strength and fatigue damage of blade root bolts,aiming to provide theoretical support for the design and development of large-scale wind turbine blades. Simulation results show that as flange thickness increases,both the static strength and fatigue damage of bolts initially decrease and subsequently increase. An increase in bolt shank diameter leads to a reduction in static strength but an increase in fatigue damage. On the other hand,increasing the applied preload enhances the static strength while gradually reducing fatigue damage. The diverse mechanical responses of blade bolts under varying parameters provide important guidance for bolt selection and setting in blade root connections when operating under complex environmental conditions.

    Wind power,as a clean and renewable energy form,is being widely utilized. The blades,serving as the core components of wind turbines,demand paramount importance in structural safety. In blade structural design,engineers must consider both the mechanical properties of the materials themselves and the interfacial bonding performance between different materials,ensuring synergistic effects when composite materials work collaboratively. As the most commonly used reinforcement material in blades,the bonding performance between fiberglass fabric and other materials proves particularly critical. Given the diversity of fiber fabrics,this study focuses on investigating how different yarn orientations in fiber fabrics affect the bonding performance of various types of interfaces,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for blade design.

    Comparison of modeling methods for wind turbine blade roots and verification by finite element analysis

    As a key component of the connection between wind turbine blade and hub,the blade root bears complex tensile,torsion,shear and other different types of loads. Currently,there are two modeling methods of blade root,one of them is 1/2N or 1/N model that the bolts and the balls of pitch bearing are solid elements,the other is full model that the bolts and the balls of pitch bearing are rod elements. The influence of two kinds of modeling methods on the root verification results is analyzed and verified using finite element analysis software,which is aimed to provide theoretical reference for blade design and simulation,blade root pulling test and so on.

    With the advancement of industrial automation,traditional PLC data processing methods are facing challenges in efficiency and compatibility. This paper presents a method for converting PLC data to JSON format using the Node-RED platform,which simplifies data processing workflows and enhances data interoperability to support the data integration needs of industrial IoT and smart factories. The limitations of traditional PLC data processing are analyzed,the construction process and configuration steps of the Node-RED platform,as well as the application of the OPC protocol in data collection are described. Through case study analysis,the practicality and efficiency of the proposed method are demonstrated,offering a new technological approach to optimize PLC data processing.

    Laser cladding of corrosion-resistant coating for injection and production pipes used for salt cavern compressed air energy storage

    The underground gas storage in salt caverns is an important gas storage and peak shaving facility. However,the saturated salt halides remaining in the salt caverns have a strong corrosive effect on metal materials. This requires good corrosion resistance of the inner wall of the injection and production pipe used for salt cavern gas storage. The linkage control equipment system for laser cladding on the inner wall of long steel pipes was developed and built. The quality and performance of the inner wall laser cladding nickel-based alloy pipes were inspected and tested. The test results show that the cladding layer has no defects such as crack and non-fusion;The thickness of the laser cladding layer is greater than 0.6 mm;The laser cladding layer has a good metallurgical bond with the pipe base material;The alloy composition of the cladding layer is consistent with that of Inconel 625 nickel-based alloy;According to the method of full immersion test for uniform corrosion in metal materials laboratory,the uniform corrosion rate of laser cladding alloys is 0.0018 mm/year without pitting,and all mechanical properties meet the index requirements.

    The change in the angle and position of the swing arm during the lifting process of the handling robot also brings about fluctuations in the stress on its fixed anchor bolts. By calculating the maximum stress borne by the bolts,the bolt is checked,and the safety factor is determined to judge whether the bolt selection is qualified. Based on this,temporary measures such as pressure plate reinforcement are proposed. While considering the mathematical and physical analysis of the model,corresponding construction methods should be adopted in combination with actual working conditions to improve installation quality.

Starting from the working principle and operating parameters of the centrifuge,the key factors affecting the moisture content of the sludge cake and the efficiency of sludge discharge are studied to guide the operation of the sludge process in wastewater treatment and improve the operating efficiency of the centrifuge.

    This paper elaborates on the principles and characteristics of the multi-mode A2O process in wastewater treatment plants. It introduces the operating conditions of maglev blowers in the multi-mode A2O process at a wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin. By optimizing the PLC control program of the blowers,the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration in the aerobic tanks of the multi-mode A2O process was effectively reduced. This provides an optimized operational solution for maglev blowers to enhance total nitrogen (TN) removal efficiency under low influent load conditions in future applications of the multi-mode A2O process.

    This paper investigates electromagnetic wave propagation and regulation in spatial environments,and discusses target recognition principles and characteristics of automotive sensors in driving assistance. Focusing on millimeter-wave radar installation and calibration in vehicle manufacturing,a specialized electromagnetic wave environment survey technique is proposed. This method simulates electromagnetic wave environment in actual calibration by replicating radar installation configurations on completed vehicles. The evaluation methods and improvement measures for the current environment are introduced.

    To address the recalcitrant organic compounds in ink industrial wastewater and identify efficient pretreatment processes and conditions,this study investigates the degradation characteristics of UV/persulfate oxidation technology through parameter screening tests based on wastewater composition. The effects of critical operational parameters—including potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) dosage,reaction temperature,and duration—on treatment outcomes are systematically examined. Optimal process conditions are subsequently determined via single-factor and orthogonal combination experiments.

    Analysis of squall lines in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region under background of cold vortex

    Using radar CR data and ECMWF ERA5 data,39 squall lines in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the background of cold vortex in the recent 16 years were identified and analyzed statistically. The results show that under the background of the cold vortex,most of the squall lines affecting the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region occurred in June and July,with obvious daily variations. Most of them formed from the afternoon to the evening,after which they entered the development and mature stage. They usually ended at night,with a life span of 3 to 4 hours. Most of the squall lines were generated in the junction of the central mountain range plain and mountainous areas of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,matured in the plain area and dissipated in the southeast coastal area. Their moving direction was mostly southeast,and their moving speed was mostly between 8-16 m/s. The generation and dissipation modes were mostly BL type and RBL type. Most of the squall lines occurred in the formation and strengthening stage of the cold vortex,located in the southeast direction of the cold vortex,500-2 000 km away from the center of the cold vortex. The squall lines were affected by the cold vortex indirectly more than the cold vortex directly.

Reducing comprehensive logistics costs helps to improve the economic efficiency of the whole society,promote the upgrading of the logistics system structure,and inject new impetus into the efficient development of the economy. Based on the development status of China’s logistics industry,this paper conducts discussions on the application of packaging technology in the logistics field and related coordination mechanisms. It analyzes the key role of packaging technology development in logistics cost control from the structure of logistics costs. From the perspectives of packaging technology innovation,recycling reuse,and multimodal transportation,it puts forward feasible improvement measures for reducing logistics costs.     The release of meteorological warning information plays an important role in the process of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation. Based on the data provided by the Tianjin Emergency Warning Information Distribution System,the release characteristics of meteorological warning information in Tianjin from 2022 to 2024 were analyzed after data processing and elimination of test information,duplicate information and invalid information. The results show that:the average annual release of meteorological warning information in Tianjin was generally stable,with the peak months of release being June-August and November-December;the southwestern part of the city released the least amount of warning information;five types of warnings,namely,land gales,sea gales,rainstorms,fog,and thunder and lightning,were in the top five;and blue-and yellow-level warnings had a large number of releases,accounting for 93.6% of the total amount.
