Abstract: Based on the upgrading and transformation of the automated guided vehicle （AGV） system for the engine preparation line in the final assembly workshop of an automobile factory,this paper discusses the key links and solutions of the AGV transformation,covering aspects such as analysis of transformation requirements,design of implementation plans,response to technical challenges,and evaluation of actual transformation effects. By reflecting on and summarizing the transformation process,not only can the efficiency bottlenecks of the production line be overcome,but also strong guarantees can be provided for the stability and adaptability of the AGV system in high-intensity production environments.
