    Annual workover workload in offshore oil fields continues to increase. There are complex problems underground,such as string corrosion,scaling,casing deformation,and screen breakage. With the underground situation remaining unknown,it often leads to weak program,and “empty drilling” often occurs. On the basis of the existing downhole visual tools,the development of supporting tools for storage downhole visual equipment is carried out,and a set of storage downhole visual system is designed,so that the visual tools can be inserted into the well with the pipe string,and the washing fluid can be circulated underground,so as to achieve a clear record of downhole conditions and assist the analysis and judgment of well conditions,so as to improve the success rate of the workover plan and the operation efficiency.

    Comparison and selection of corrosion control schemes for steel structure facilities in splash zone and tidal range zone of offshore oilfield platforms

    The platform of a certain oilfield group has been in service for many years. The anti-corrosion coating on the steel structure in the seawater splashing area and tidal range area has aged,been damaged,and peeled off,losing its protective effect,resulting in an increase in the corrosion rate of the steel structure and affecting the design service life. The offshore oil field group platform is located in a harsh marine environment,which is susceptible to high humidity,high salinity,and corrosive environments,as well as the impact of waves and winter ice ages. Corrosion problems should not be underestimated. A comparative analysis was conducted on the corrosion control schemes and measures for steel structures such as pipeline racks,caissons,waterproof casings,and berthing components located in splash and tidal zones,and the important roles of several schemes in improving platform safety and service life were elaborated.

    Under the background of global promotion of “peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality”,green transformation and efficient development of offshore oil and gas fields are important issues in the current energy industry. General and unconventional energy-saving technologies in offshore oil and gas fields are described. The innovative application of Internet of Things (IoT) in the intelligent construction of offshore oil and gas fields are discussed. Combined with big data and artificial intelligence technology,how to adopt intelligent means for personnel supervision,equipment monitoring and scene monitoring are analyzed. The corresponding transformation plan is put forward to improve the energy-saving efficiency and management intelligence of offshore oil and gas fields.

    This paper studies the causes for the low determination results of sulfide in water by methylene blue spectrophotometry. The experimental water,the experimental reagent,the experimental speed and the color developing time are analyzed and compared respectively. The results show that under the optimal experimental conditions determined by the experimental analysis,the calibration curve is linear,the correlation coefficient is 0.999,and the quality control samples are all within the guaranteed range. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.0% (n = 6).

    Design and practice of transformation and upgrading of closed discharge pump power supply system in offshore oil and gas production facilities

    The closed drainage system of offshore oil and gas production facilities is an important oil-water separation equipment,which is mainly used to treat oil-water mixed liquids from upstream separators. The power system structure of the facility is analyzed,the control circuit is redesigned for the control requirements of the closed drainage pump,and the spare drawer is selected for wiring and component installation. The communication program is redesigned to realize the reliable transmission and execution of the control signal of the closed drainage pump. The closed discharge pump was tested after the transformation,and the whole transformation work was completed. By independently designing and installing the communication program and relay control circuit of the closed discharge pump,the problems in the power supply system of the closed discharge pump were solved.

    The application and existing problems of compressed air foam system (CAFS) in firefighting and rescue are discussed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Compressed air foam has a long shelf life and low use cost,but in practical use,there is a problem of low utilization rate. The reasons include weak awareness of the basic performance of compressed air foam among firefighting and rescue personnel,relatively cumbersome combat resupply,and more professional daily maintenance. To improve the utilization rate and firefighting and rescue capabilities of compressed air foam,the following countermeasures are proposed: strengthening professional theoretical foundation,enhancing equipment performance training,strengthening combat support,introducing intelligent management systems,giving full play to the synergistic efficiency of special equipment,and strengthening inter-departmental collaboration and information sharing.

    The low total nitrogen removal rate in sewage treatment plants has long been a problem plaguing sewage plants,seriously restricting the safe operation and environmental compliance capacity of sewage plants. Based on an in-depth analysis and research,combined with actual cases,this paper proposes a series of integrated methods,including process flow optimization,denitrification filter transformation,denitrifying bacteria cultivation,and operation parameter adjustment. Through the implementation of these integrated methods,the total nitrogen removal rate of the sewage treatment plant has significantly improved,providing referable experience and references for similar sewage plants.

    With the implementation of CNOOC’s “peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality” action plan and the shore power connection of Bohai oilfield groups,the energy-saving control transformation of high-energy-consuming systems on offshore platforms is particularly crucial. Taking the electric heat tracing system on offshore oil platforms as an example,this paper provides an overview of the current status of energy-saving development of electric heat tracing systems on offshore platforms. The structure,operation mode,and control strategy of the current heat tracing system on offshore platforms are elaborated. An energy-saving design scheme of heat tracing system power controlled by thyristor is proposed. The energy-saving effect and economy of this scheme during its trial on offshore platforms are analyzed,affirming its considerable social and economic benefits.

    Analysis and treatment of freezing on inner wall of start-up oil supply pipe of a certain aviation auxiliary power unit

    During winter in Northeast China,a certain aviation auxiliary power unit frequently fails to start up due to freezing in the start-up oil supply pipe. The analysis shows that the reasons are forced cooling of the helicopter down-wash stream,the partial pressure rise of water vapor in the air after pressurization and a small amount of mixed gas. Water vapor condenses and freezes on the inner wall of the oil supply pipe. When the ambient temperature is low,the condensed water in the start-up oil supply pipe mainly comes from the mixed gas,and the freezing is not closely related to the environmental humidity. The higher the ambient temperature,the higher the proportion of water vapor in the ambient atmosphere in the condensate water of the start-up oil supply pipe,and the greater the impact of humidity. Due to the inability to completely insulate the start-up oil supply pipe,adding insulation sleeves can reduce the frequency of freezing,but the condensed water may still occur. By using a start-up oil drain solenoid valve instead of a start-up cleaning valve,the problem of freezing in the start-up oil supply pipe was solved.

    With the continuous development of municipal design and construction level in China,the utilization degree of underground space continues to increase,and the buried depth of buildings also gradually increases. As the end facility of the upstream catchment zone,the rainwater pump station requires higher burial depth and higher construction quality for deep foundation pit support. There are many construction technologies for deep foundation pit support,among which the underground continuous wall has the characteristics of good integrity,good water retaining effect and strong applicability. This paper introduces the underground continuous wall technology used in the construction of the deep foundation pit of a rainwater pump station,providing valuable experience for the construction of similar projects.

    Fault analysis of low-temperature start-up of air compressor on offshore platform and optimization of exhaust duct

    In order to address the high temperature fault of the air compressor on the offshore oil platform during start-up in extremely cold weather,the operating data and alarm parameters of the air compressor were analyzed on site,and it was found that the main cause of the fault was the high temperature of the screw head caused by low oil temperature and poor fluidity. Based on this conclusion,innovative modifications were made to the air compressor sled. Through analysis and comparison of three modification schemes,combined with the actual spatial layout of offshore platforms,it is confirmed that the installation of louver air valves in air-cooled air compressors is the most reliable and operable modification scheme. This modification provides experience for solving similar problems of in-service air compressors in Bohai Oilfield.

    This paper aims to explore how the construction of oral health science popularization bases in dental hospitals can address the rising incidence of early childhood caries (ECC) by promoting knowledge about the causes and prevention of ECC and enhancing caregivers’ skills in maintaining children’s oral health. By analyzing the current status of oral health among young children in Tianjin,new strategies based on multidisciplinary collaboration,information technology support,and innovative working methods are proposed. The research findings indicate that by optimizing resource allocation,strengthening the construction of science popularization teams,expanding communication channels,and integrating new media technologies,it is possible to significantly increase caregivers’ awareness of early childhood oral health,reduce the incidence of ECC and its complications.

    Research on effectiveness evaluation indexes and construction of evaluation system for earthquake science popularization education bases

    Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the evaluation system for the effectiveness of earthquake science popularization education base is constructed,which includes four first-class indexes,namely,guarantee,scale,activity and effectiveness,and 12 second-class indexes. Through research,it is found that the number of audiences,activities and science popularization products in the base account for the largest proportion in the evaluation system,and the means of publicity and reporting,display and funding guarantee also account for a higher proportion. Based on the research results,the corresponding work suggestions are put forward,which can provide some reference value for further carrying out the effectiveness evaluation of earthquake science popularization education base and improving its internal quality and service level.

    Analysis of level of environmental health literacy and influencing factors among residents in Tianjin

    A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 4 088 permanent residents aged 15-69 in 10 administrative districts of Tianjin. Based on the chi square test and multivariate logistic regression model,this paper explores the level of environmental health literacy among residents in Tianjin in 2023 and its influencing factors,and analyzes the impact of demographic characteristics on the level of environmental health literacy. The environmental health literacy level of Tianjin residents is 26.2%,with literacy levels of basic concepts,basic knowledge,basic behaviors,and skills being 28.3%,27.6%,and 35.8%,respectively. Residential area,age,occupation,and education level have a significant impact on environmental health literacy,while there is no significant difference between genders. The literacy level of urban residents and those with higher education levels is significantly higher than that of rural residents and those with lower education levels. It is suggested that different strategies of science popularization and education should be adopted for different groups of people,especially rural and elderly groups.

    University libraries,as critical public service points for intellectual property in China,play an important role in intellectual property information services. Taking the nine universities (C9) alliance WeChat official account as the subject of research,starting from the audience selectivity theory,this paper systematically analyzes the overall situation of its intellectual property tweets,series of tweets,content diversity,interactivity,and content linkage strategies,and points out existing issues and shortcomings. Based on the research results,the application strategies are proposed from three aspects: selective attention,selective perception and selective retention,aiming to improve the effectiveness of intellectual property information services in university libraries.

    From 2019 to 2023,the Ministry of Education approved 35 schools to pilot undergraduate vocational education. Currently,the construction of vocational undergraduate programs is in its early stages of exploration. Journals serve as a window for vocational undergraduate universities to engage with external exchanges,and their development is closely related to the vocational undergraduate universities they rely on. Through examining the journal’s publication practices,it is found that compared to the rapid development of vocational undergraduate universities,the development of journals in higher vocational colleges lags behind.
