Research on current situation and countermeasures of talent cultivation in Tianjin science popularization venues in new era

Abstract

Abstract: Through the questionnaire survey of 26 science popularization venues in Tianjin,the present situation and problems of the construction and development of science popularization talents in science popularization venues are evaluated. Combined with the development needs of science popularization talents in Tianjin,the paper explores the practical training mode of talents,and puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions：innovating the training mechanism and constructing a hierarchical and classified training system;taking multiple measures to open up diversified development channels;strengthening the construction of the talent pool and cultivating high-level talents;integrating intelligent technology to stimulate the creativity of science popularization talents;establishing a diversified incentive mechanism and an evaluation system for science popularization talents.
