    Offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO) is an important and universal large-scale offshore engineering facility for the development of offshore oil and gas fields,occupying an important position in the development process of offshore oil and gas fields at home and abroad. With the acceleration of the internationalization of China’s offshore oil industry,the establishment of FPSO international project cooperation models and organizational frameworks has become a key factor for China’s FPSO industry to enter the international market and achieve breakthroughs in overseas projects. Five cooperation models and organizational frameworks for FPSO international project management are proposed for reference in overseas project management.

    Access security control method for deep-sea floating facility data center based on Bayesian network

    The traditional methods for data access security control in integrated management platforms for oil enterprises have limited scope. During the development and application of projects such as the “Deep Sea No.1”,the complex interactions between on-site data center users and data result in a low topology rate,which is not conducive to the secure operation of the platform. By introducing a Bayesian network model,a novel control method is proposed to evaluate the trustworthiness of user behavior,classify access to data in the integrated management platforms of oil enterprises,and set security control permissions for data access in the integrated management platform of petroleum enterprises,thereby realizing security control of data access in integrated management platforms of oil enterprises. Comparative experiments prove that this method achieves a higher topology rate,ensuring the safety of data resources with significant advantages.

    This paper analyzes the reasons for the shutdown caused by the high ventilation pressure in the Titan130 turbine lubricating oil tank,and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The lubricating oil system of Titan130 turbine and the setting of parameters of the oil tank are introduced. The two main reasons for the high ventilation pressure are analyzed,namely,the poor ventilation of the lubricating oil tank and the increase of pressure in the lubricating oil return pipeline. In view of these two situations,solutions such as checking oil and gas separator,liquid accumulation at the elbow of ventilation pipeline,valve status on ventilation pipeline and sealing of bearing inlet and return oil pipeline are put forward respectively,which provides an effective method to solve the problem of high ventilation pressure of Titan130 turbine.

    Research on optimal selection of expansion and renovation scheme for a mobile offshore oil production platform

    With the deepening development of oil fields,the original design of a mobile offshore oil production platform can no longer meet the needs of oil,gas and water treatment. In order to achieve stable and increased production in the oil field,it is urgent to expand and renovate the platform. By analyzing the existing processes of the platform,multiple schemes are proposed and tested on site. The renovation scheme of Adaptive Mini-swirl Flotation Deoil (AMFD) + Combined Fiber Coalescence (CFC) + Efficient Media Filtration (EMF) was selected. After implementation,the expected production effect was achieved,providing reference for the expansion and renovation of other platforms.

    During the operation of the crude oil processing export pump and filter in a certain oilfield in Bohai Sea,there was a problem that the existing export pump filters could not meet the filtration requirements. In a specific mode of operation,one export pump without a backup filter cannot timely handle the sediment present in the production process,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the export pump. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out adaptability transformation of export pump filter process. Based on the installation process of conventional filters and pumps,various optimization and transformation schemes for filter processes are proposed. By comparing and analyzing different transformation schemes,the most favorable scheme for on-site application is selected,successfully solving the bottleneck problem in the process,and providing a reference example for solving bottleneck problems in similar production processes and optimizing the original process design.

    The real-time monitoring of the health of the ship main engine is studied,and the traditional AMS alarm system monitoring method is made by using multi-dimensional data of continuous time. The real ship data is experimented by four types of anomaly detection algorithms:Mahalanobis distance,Isolation Forest,DBSCAN,and OCSVM,and the actual performance of each algorithm in each scenario is obtained. By comparing with the actual abnormal data points,the four types of algorithms have good performance in the sensitivity,false judgment and missing indicators of anomaly detection.

    Influence and treatment of ignition oil pressure on ignition of inert gas generator

    In view of the frequent ignition failure of the inert gas generator caused by high ignition oil pressure during the operation of the FPSO in the South China Sea oilfield,the systematic cause analysis was carried out. The fuel oil circuit system of the inert gas generator was reconstructed to realize the adjustable ignition oil pressure. After the reconstruction,the failure rate of inert gas ignition is reduced effectively,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the inert gas generator.

    Implementation and effect of sand washing process transformation of high pressure separator on a FPSO in South China Sea

    A FPSO in the South China Sea is used for the processing,storage and export of crude oil transported from five platforms. The high-pressure separator is the core of the crude oil processing system,and its separation efficiency directly determines whether the treatment of crude oil and production water is qualified. The larger the internal space of the high-pressure separator is,the longer the liquid residence time is,the better the oil-gas-water separation effect is. After replacing seawater with production water at around 84 ℃ for sand washing in the high-pressure separator,the sand accumulation inside the separator is effectively reduced,the sand washing procedure is simplified,and there is no longer need to use the shutdown overhaul time to clean the sand accumulation inside the separator separately.

Taking into account factors such as two-way channel conditions,navigation safety protocols,tide riding rules,and berth matching,an integrated optimization mathematical model is established to realize the rational utilization of the two-way channel port resources and improve the port service level.

    Research on application of independent cycle electric heating technology on HYSY 161 platform

    To address the problems caused by traditional heating methods such as uneven oil temperature,local coking of heating piping,and accelerated oil aging,the electric heater of the hydraulic system of HYSY 161 platform is optimized,and a solution of independent cycle heating technology is put forward. By introducing the circulation pump and the intelligent temperature control system,the oil temperature is raised uniformly and controlled accurately,and the local overheating phenomenon is effectively avoided. The results show that the optimized electric heater gives strong support for the energy saving,emission reduction,and green development of on-site production. It can not only significantly improve the efficiency and stability of the hydraulic system,but also extend equipment life and reduce oil pollution,which has important reference value for the innovation and application of hydraulic system heating technology.

From the perspective of external dynamics,the energy loss of LNG transport ships when colliding with other ships during operation is calculated,which lays the foundation for the internal mechanical analysis of LNG ships.

Based on the opening of the BOG gas-phase outlet valve,LNG loading temperature,and component dimensions,the BOG production is compared by using HYSYS software,and the variation rules of cabin pressure and temperature under different boundary conditions are obtained. According to the rules,suggestions for equipment configuration and operation are proposed.

    Lightweight ship target detection algorithm based on improved YOLOv5 algorithm model

    Environmental perception equipment based on visual sensors plays a critical role in enabling autonomous navigation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessels. Due to the complex sea environment and the diversity of ships,the existing ship target detection algorithm can hardly meet the requirements of both high accuracy and real-time detection. To address the above problems,a lightweight ship target detection algorithm is proposed. Based on the YOLOv5 algorithm model,the MobileNetv3 structure is used to replace the backbone of YOLOv5,which significantly reduces the number of parameters in the backbone network and the amount of network computation. The Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) is also added at the end of the feature fusion network to enhance the weight of useful features and optimize the accuracy of target detection. The initial anchor for ship target detection is obtained by K-means++ clustering algorithm,and the model is trained and evaluated by using the self-built dataset. The experimental results show that the improved YOLOv5 MC model has a mAP of 95.66%,which is 2.75% and 4.7% higher than YOLOv5 and YOLOv5 M models,respectively. The number of parameters of the model is reduced by 81.5% compared with the YOLOv5 model,which is about 45.40 MB. FPS reaches 39.55 frames per second,meeting the requirements of LNG vessels for real-time detection,and achieving good results in detecting small and occluded targets.

    Wearing detection method for labor protection appliances on offshore platforms based on optimized YOLOv9 model

    Based on the operation process monitoring requirements of workers on offshore platforms,taking the wearing detection of labor protection appliances of on-site workers as the study goal,the SE attention mechanism and Focaleriou loss function are introduced to optimize the YOLOv9 model so as to improve the feature extraction ability and detection accuracy of YOLOv9 model. The longitudinal comparison experiment before and after model optimization shows that the mAP@0.5 value of improved model is increased by 3.0% compared to the original model,which proves the detection accuracy advantage of the improved model. The horizontal comparison experiment with other commonly used models shows that the improved model has highest F1 scores on multiple targets,which indicates that the improved model has better generalization performance. The improved model achieves high-precision detection of on-site workers and their wearing of labor protection appliances.

This paper elaborates on the principles and characteristics of online,abandoned and storage,and variable diameter submarine pipeline cleaning technologies,introduces and explains the cleaning methods for submarine pipelines with different media,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.

    The output flow of oil and gas wells is accompanied by solid sand particles in the process of oil and gas exploitation due to the influence of geological factors and exploitation operations,resulting in sand production from oil and gas wells. The problem of sand production seriously affects the productivity of oil and gas wells,increases the cost of equipment maintenance,and brings extreme pressure on safety and environmental protection for the safe production of oil fields. This paper introduces the adverse effects of sand production from oil wells on downstream terminal facilities and equipment on an FPSO in the Bohai oilfield,as well as the preventive measures taken in the production process. The results could provide a reference for facilities facing the same problems.

    An international shore fire hose thrower for offshore oil field is designed to solve the problems of inefficiency and safety risk of traditional fire control system in fire prevention and control of unmanned platform. Based on the principle of the modified rope thrower,the device realizes the fast connection of the fire hose through remote control,which significantly improves the fire fighting efficiency. The research focuses on the design,optimization and application of the device,with special emphasis on its advantages in safety and ease of operation. The experimental results show that the thrower can work effectively in different environments and bad weather conditions,and greatly improve the fire safety capability of the offshore oil field unmanned platform.

    To address the problem of insufficient associated gas and insufficient flow rate to meet the requirements of compressor commissioning and start-up in a certain oil field in the South China Sea,by studying the structure and principle of the compressor,the key points for low gas flow commissioning were identified,and a series of transformation measures were taken. The commissioning and operation of the gas compressor was completed under the condition of low gas flow,and the operation of the turbine generator in natural gas mode was successfully achieved,saving a lot of costs for the oilfield.

    To address the problem of imbalanced wind pressure and high temperature in various compartments of FPSO,information integration technology is used to collect real-time ventilation air volume,wind speed,wind resistance,and temperature parameters of each compartment of FPSO. The signals of existing thermal,fire and gas sensors are connected to establish the compartment and ventilation network models,so as to visually view the variation of the ventilation network and compartment parameters. The intelligent decision-making software is used to regulate the compartment air dampers and fans. In case of danger,risk warning prompts are issued to assist command personnel in escape and rescue.

After the renovation,the power grid fluctuation problem during the platform’s export is effectively improved,providing a solid guarantee for the stable operation of the platform. The production process of the platform is optimized,and energy consumption is reduced,achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.
