Abstract: The successful development of offshore oilfields cannot be separated from the operation support of drilling vessels,The most common development model is the joint operation of a fixed oil production platform and a mobile drilling platform. The cross points in time and space of the joint operation require strict safety control measures,which is crucial for the smooth implementation of the joint operation. Based on the experience of joint operation between three drilling platforms and two production platforms in a certain oilfield in the Bohai Sea,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the management system formulation,operation permit management,emergency management,and T-card system management.
