Abstract: Offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit （FPSO） is an important and universal large-scale offshore engineering facility for the development of offshore oil and gas fields,occupying an important position in the development process of offshore oil and gas fields at home and abroad. With the acceleration of the internationalization of China’s offshore oil industry,the establishment of FPSO international project cooperation models and organizational frameworks has become a key factor for China’s FPSO industry to enter the international market and achieve breakthroughs in overseas projects. Five cooperation models and organizational frameworks for FPSO international project management are proposed for reference in overseas project management.
