Abstract: Through analyzing the current health status of employees in petroleum enterprises,the idea and feasible measures of establishing an employee health management system are proposed. A health management work plan is developed to address daily health threats,demonstrate care for employees’ physical and mental health,and enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
