Abstract: During the operation of the crude oil processing export pump and filter in a certain oilfield in Bohai Sea,there was a problem that the existing export pump filters could not meet the filtration requirements. In a specific mode of operation, one export pump without a backup filter cannot timely handle the sediment present in the production process, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the export pump. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out adaptability transformation of export pump filter process. Based on the installation process of conventional filters and pumps, various optimization and transformation schemes for filter processes are proposed. By comparing and analyzing different transformation schemes, the most favorable scheme for on-site application is selected, successfully solving the bottleneck problem in the process, and providing a reference example for solving bottleneck problems in similar production processes and optimizing the original process design.
