Abstract: By conducting research on major maritime organizations in the oil industry,international large oil companies,and domestic large shipping companies,and conducting benchmarking analysis and applicability analysis on international advanced management standards and good practices,suggestions are provided for establishing a standard system and good operational practices suitable for domestic maritime safety management.
