Abstract: To address the problems caused by traditional heating methods such as uneven oil temperature,local coking of heating piping,and accelerated oil aging,the electric heater of the hydraulic system of HYSY 161 platform is optimized,and a solution of independent cycle heating technology is put forward. By introducing the circulation pump and the intelligent temperature control system,the oil temperature is raised uniformly and controlled accurately,and the local overheating phenomenon is effectively avoided. The results show that the optimized electric heater gives strong support for the energy saving,emission reduction,and green development of on-site production. It can not only significantly improve the efficiency and stability of the hydraulic system,but also extend equipment life and reduce oil pollution,which has important reference value for the innovation and application of hydraulic system heating technology.
