Abstract: This paper puts forward six elements that the editors of sci-tech journals should focus on to enhance their ability to take the leading and demonstration role,namely,taking “both red and professional” as the creed,consolidating the professional foundation as the foundation,constantly improving the learning as the driving force,improving the planning level as the sail,sincere communication as the bridge,and promoting the operation matrix as the help. Taking the editing work of World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion as an example,the key points of establishing a high-level scientific and technological journal are illustrated.
