Abstract: The safe transportation of offshore oil and gas resources relies on the stability and damage resistance of marine pipelines. This paper addresses the issue of technological monopoly in the current marine pipeline weighting process by introducing the project “Localization Innovation and Application of Marine Pipeline Weighting Steel Wire Mesh Wrapping Unit.” Through technological innovation,the localization transformation of key equipment on the production line has been achieved,improving production efficiency and product quality,and providing technical support for domestic enterprises in the field.
