Application practice of digital publishing system for science and technology journals in military research institutes

Abstract

Abstract: The editorial department of Nuclear Power Engineering aims to realize the application practice of the digital publishing system for science and technology journals in military scientific research institutes. Based on lean and PDCA （plan,do,check and act）management methods,relying on standardization,process and intelligence,the process of manuscript submission,review,editing,proofreading and publishing in the whole life cycle of journals is sorted out and optimized. Based on the network information platform,a multi-dimensional communication system has been established. Through the continuous organizational reform,the “1+1+N” digital publishing system of the full life cycle of science and technology journals with the characteristics of military scientific research institutes has been constructed,the application upgrade and effect improvement of the digital publishing system of scientific journals in military scientific research institutes has been promoted.
