    Influence of Wind Tunnel Nozzle on Vehicle Cooling Performance Evaluation

    In order to ensure that the vehicle cooling performance meets the development target,now more car companies use environmental wind tunnels to complete relevant development work in the laboratory,which not only ensures the consistency of verification standards,but also greatly shortens the development time and cost. However,it is undeniable that the external air temperature,humidity,wind speed,sunshine and other environmental parameters simulated by the environmental wind tunnel are different from the actual driving environment of the vehicle. By using vehicle offset to simulate the external environment,the air flow and cooling performance of a side radiator of a minibus were compared when the vehicle was normal and offset,and the test differences caused by the size limitation of the nozzle of the environmental wind tunnel were clarified. Moreover,the evaluation results under the actual external use environment were predicted through data correction in the subsequent vehicle development.

It integrates high voltage and low voltage shore power system effectively,so that the two sets of shore power systems can realize the stable and effective output of electric energy under the condition of sharing a set of high voltage frequency conversion power supply. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign shore power systems,this paper puts forward the RHVC ship shore power frequency conversion power supply,and introduces the application of shore power storage system,shore power monitoring system and other key technologies. Compared with the traditional high-low voltage separated shore power system,the new shore power system obtains the best economic and social benefits with the least investment.

Based on the characteristics of agricultural products themselves,combined with the development status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China,the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to quantitatively analyze the problems of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and the evaluation model of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is established. Countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products are summarized and proposed,in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China.

    Study on Molecular Mechanism of T-2 Toxin-induced Neurotoxicity

    T-2 toxin is a neurotoxic mycotoxin,which mainly pollutes crops and their products. PC12 cells have been found to sensitive to T-2 toxins lower than 12 ng/mL,which was manifested as decreased cell viability,increased lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release accompanied by oxidative stress and mitochondrial damage,and up-regulated Nrf2/HO-1 pathway,inducing decreased mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and mitochondrial apoptosis. For the first time,it was found that T-2 toxins could trigger neuroinflammation,manifested as increased expression and translocation of NF-κB and increased secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-1β. In summary,T-2 toxins stimulate PC12 cells to induce apoptosis and inflammation,while oxidative stress plays a key role in the neurotoxic process.

    Development and Application of Sand Control Packer for Heavy Oil Thermal Recovery

    The heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield account for more than 50% of the total. However,the viscosity of the heavy oil itself is high and it is difficult to recover. The usual practice is to inject high temperature and high pressure steam into the wellbore to reduce the viscosity of the heavy oil,which requires minimal heat loss after steam reaches the reservoir. Moreover,the heavy oil reservoir is shallow,the reservoir cementation is loose and sand production is easy,and the high temperature huff and puff aggravates the sand production,conventional packers cannot meet the strict requirements of long-term sealing required for heavy oil thermal recovery. In order to solve this world-class problem in the industry,based on the current situation of heavy oil development and exploitation,through structural design,finite element theory analysis and indoor testing,this paper has successfully developed a heavy oil thermal recovery sand control packer that can withstand eight cycles of cold and hot alternation. The results show that it can meet the demanding performance requirements of heavy oil development and exploitation for thermal recovery long-term sand control tools. At present,the research results have been successfully applied in the field,which is of great significance for the large-scale exploitation of heavy oil fields and the production of 40 million tons in Bohai Oilfield.

Overall process considerations for the layout of the booster station can meet the requirements of the construction cycle and site,and also provide technical support for shortening the construction cycle and controlling construction costs.

    Lightweight thin-wall cylinder parts are difficult for heavy lathe processing,especially for high-precision cylinder with deep blind holes. This paper introduces the manufacturing process of deep blind hole in cylinder block,especially the machining process of high precision hole bottom arc and bottom surface. In order to solve the problem of alignment of the cylinder block on the heavy-duty lathe clamping clamp,the cylinder block support frame sleeve was reformed and designed,and the cylinder block and support sleeve were assembled and hoisted to the machine tool to ensure alignment error less than or equal to 0.05mm. The boring bar is installed on the machine tool and the guide wood is installed on the boring head to finish the finishing of the deep blind hole. In order to solve the problem of deep hole bottom arc R60 and hole bottom surface roughness Ra3.2,the existing tool was reformed,and the hole bottom arc R60 and hole bottom surface were roughed and semi-finished. At the same time,the combined special tool was designed and manufactured to be installed in the tool holder,and the feed was recorded with a scale to finish the hole bottom arc R60 and hole bottom surface. Through the manufacturing of the deep blind hole,the dimensional accuracy of the deep blind hole is finally guaranteed,and the roughness requirements of the bottom arc R60 and the bottom surface of the hole are also guaranteed. The processing efficiency is improved,the processing cycle is shortened,the manufacturing cost is reduced,the assembly performance requirements are met,and the product quality is guaranteed.

    SCR flue gas denitration technology has been widely used in China’s thermal power plants because of its maturity and reliability. SCR devices have strict requirements for inlet flue gas temperature. The decrease of boiler feed water temperature will directly lead to the decrease of flue gas temperature. How to ensure the normal operation of the SCR device after the high pressure heater out of service has become an urgent issue for the majority of thermal power plants. This paper makes a large amount of data statistics and analysis for the operation of the 320 MW unit in a plant,and summarizes the operation measures of high pressure heater out of service or put into service that can ensure the safe operation of the SCR device. It is of guiding and reference significance to ensure the safe operation of denitration system in thermal power plant.

    Epidemiological Investigation and Virulence of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus

    In order to grasp the prevalence of PEDV in China, a total of 908 clinical diarrhea samples from 160 sites were collected from August 2020 to May 2023,and PEDV antigen detection was performed by qPCR. Some samples were selected for S gene sequencing and analysis,and two prevalent strains of group GⅡ were isolated. The pathogenicity of these two strains was also studied. The results showed that the positive rate of PEDV was 50.7% (460/908) in disease samples and 68.8% (110/160) in pig farms,indicating that a large part of pigs with clinical diarrhea symptoms were caused by PEDV. The analysis of S gene showed that the current prevalence of PEDV in China was mainly in group GⅡ,accounting for 90.3% (65/72) ,while group GⅠ showed sporadic incidence,accounting for 9.7% (7/72) . Two viral strains of Group GⅡ were successfully isolated and obtained,both of which had pathogenicity to fattening pigs of 3-4 months of age. The experimental pigs were attacked orally,33%-67% of the pigs could have diarrhea,100% of the experimental pigs were infected and sustained detoxification,and the longest detoxification time could reach 13 days after the challenge. The epidemiology,genetic variation and pathogenicity of PEDV were studied in this study,which provided a basis for disease prevention and control and product development.

    In order to investigate the occupational health status of dust workers in Binhai New Area of Tianjin,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of occupational disease prevention strategies,data on on-the-job physical examinations of dust workers in Binhai New Area in 2022 were collected and analyzed using Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0. The results showed that a total of 22,428 dust workers were included in the physical examination in 2022. Among them,43 were abandoned in the examination of high kV chest X-ray or DR chest X-ray,19 were abandoned in the examination of lung function,and a total of 22,367 were included. 2 cases (0.009%) were found to be suspected of pneumoconiosis,85 cases (0.38%) were found to be occupational contraindications,and 1 case (0.004%) were found to be pneumoconiosis. The abnormal detection rate of chest radiograph was 30.5%,and the abnormal detection rate of lung function was 0.058%. The detection rate of abnormal lung function and chest radiograph of dust workers in this area increases with the increase of exposure years. Attention should be paid to the prevention of occupational pneumoconiosis by strengthening the publicity and education of dust workers in large enterprises,especially for workers with long working years to prevent the occurrence of occupational pneumoconiosis.

    The characteristics of sea level anomaly (SLA) in the Northwest Pacific Ocean and mesoscale oceanic cold eddy near the typhoon path during Super Typhoon “Lekima” were analyzed. The results show that:(1) The SLA was mainly positive in the Northwest Pacific Ocean during “Lekima”,the value of negative SLA closed area C1 decreased and the scope expanded,the change of negative SLA closed area C2 was not obvious. (2) “Lekima” traversed mesoscale cold eddy CE1 at the speed of 6.4-10.8 km/h,the intensity and scope of CE1 were strengthened during and after the displacement,the maximum SLA was -19.6 cm. It quickly moved near the east of CE2 at the speed of 13.9-20.4 km/h,the intensity and scope of CE2 didn’t change significantly. (3) CE1 and CE2 were both located in the forcing region of “Lekima”,it had long influence on CE1 about 18-42 hours which increased the intensity and scope of CE1,but had no obvious effect on CE2.

    The soybean varieties with salt-alkali tolerance are the key factor of steadily developing and utilizing the saline-alkali soil to plant soybean. 10 soybean varieties were tested in coastal saline-alkali soil. The main agronomic traits and yield of the tested varieties were analyzed using analysis of variance,coefficient of variation,adaptive parameter and high stable coefficient. The results show that “Zhongdou 63” has good comprehensive characters and high-stable yield in saline-alkali soil. “Qihuang 34” has prominent yield advantages and strong yield potential.

    In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage,clearly proposing to build a good education ecology and promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students. This paper explores the implementation of modern enterprise education in middle schools under the background of “double reduction” policy. The purpose of modern enterprise education in middle schools is to help young people cultivate and stimulate their interest in learning in different fields in the education stage,“career” leads to the future.

    Beidagang Wetland Nature Reserve has implemented some wetland ecological environment protection projects,including water environment improvement,wildlife protection and restoration and habitat protection. The ecological function of wetlands is stable and improving. Wetland protection funds rely on government investment. The ecological utilization value and social benefits potential of wetlands have not yet been released. In order to achieve a virtuous cycle of natural ecology and environmental protection in the Beidagang Wetland Nature Reserve,it is necessary to cultivate professional talents,introduce cost-effective social capital and reasonably utilize wetland ecological resources.

    Enrofloxacin is a chemically synthesized third-generation quinolone specific antibiotic for animals. Because of its wide antibacterial spectrum,safe and reliable efficacy,it is widely used in the treatment of bacterial and mycoplasma infections in livestock,poultry,pets and aquatic products. This paper reviews the physicochemical properties,antibacterial effects,clinical applications,and adverse reactions of enrofloxacin,in order to provide reference for the scientific and rational application of enrofloxacin in veterinary clinical practice.
