Abstract: The components and functions of the AI-based automatic vehicle detection system include：AVI （Assembled Vehicle Indication） system used for outputting vehicle numbers;PI （Pokayoke） terminal connected to the AVI system via a signal network;a large screen display system connected to the PI terminal via a signal network,used for displaying processed data;and a grid system connected to the PI terminal via a signal network,used for detecting the position of the wheels. The system uses intelligent cameras for deep detection,achieving automation in vehicle style inspection and recognition,and improving quality assurance and production efficiency.
